I am expecting at least the Forge domain as it was super popular. Another likely one is the Grave domain.

Clerics have only had 3 domains added via UA, Forge, Grave and Protection. Protection is probably the least likley to the lot to get added as it adds the least flavour wise to the class.
What I wish they would do, is a blood magic domain, not just for cleric but a number if classes (though for them as blood magic) as they seem a popular addition made on DMs guild.

Not to plug another publisher, but the Critical Role Tal'dorei Campaign Guide, by GreenRonin, does have a blood magic domain for Clerics in it. It's pretty flavorful, and has some very interesting abilities. Out of respect for Wizards and Curse, I will not direct link from here but if one's Google-Fu is strong they can find it.
They've announced that the Forge Domain is going to be in Xanathar's Guide. They seemed to focus a lot on the fact that dwarves will likely play it.
I think Mike's anecdote was less that Dwarves will play it and more that it just so definitively fit into the Dwarven lore. It is most assuredly one of those things that feel as though it should've been in the PHB from jump, and any Cleric who has a crafting background/tradition/ideology could easily follow that domain. It just "best" fits the Dwarf and he seemed to be pointing out (at least from my perspective) how it seemed silly to not tailor something for them since that Race/Class combo is so iconic. Heck! It's even in the Starter Kit for 5E.
I could easily see a non-Dwarf Cleric who maybe takes a Guild Artisan background maybe going this route. Or just someone, anyone, who happens to enjoy crafting and enhancing weapons or armor.
If they do make any changes, I'd hope they give another bonus proficiency of either one Artisan Tool or one martial weapon of choice. Giving both would be too much. Alternatively, let you burn up a Channel Divinity to become proficient with a certain type of Artisan Tool.
I wonder if they will partner with Critical Role and sell the Tal'doreu Camaign on here in the future and just tag it as Homebrew to separate from those interested in AL.
I agree! I don't understand why a Cleric would not have the option to get a proficiency with an Herbalism Kit.

I feel like they wouldn't want to interfere with their connection to Wizards. Selling unofficial content with another publisher could be something of a conflict of interests. That being said, I feel like when the homebrew stuff gets into full swing, I'll likely create some of the subclasses and backgrounds for my players to use.

Oddly enough, they have said that 3rd-party integration is planned. I have no idea what that means, but I know they've said it.

Well, in that case, here's hoping that they will partner with Green Ronin and it doesn't mean they'll just build ports and APIs for Roll20 and Fantasy Grounds (not that those are a bad thing).

Green Ronin sounds vaguely familiar, and, while I do remember talk of integration with Roll20 and Fantasy Grounds, I also remember talk of something called Kobold Press, something called Tome of Beasts, and--I think--something called Electric Buffalo. Does any of that mean anything to you, by any chance?

Green Ronin is the company that published Mercer's Tal'dorei campaign guide, among some other pretty decent unofficial supplements. Kobold Express has a ton of unofficial content for 5e (among other editions and systems). Electric Buffalo (or Boogaloo), though, doesn't ring any bells for me. A couple of quick-and-dirty Google searches shows either a CD, an electric company out of Buffalo named D&D, or probably some random bars/clubs. But, if the content quality is as good as Ronin or Kobold then I will be happy with it.
The Roll20/FG integration means less to me, individually, because my group plays so readily offline. Although, if I ever have some disposable income I do plan on buying/building a table with a TV built into the play surface for digital mapping; and that way I can still use my mini's I've painted! (also, it may be time to trim some of these quotes, lol)

I don't remember a whole bunch of UA materials for Cleric but it may be it was just spread out. Anyone got a clue what may be coming for new domains?

They're also moving over a number of subclasses from SCAG, so Arcana might make an appearance. The new subclasses are being trickled out daily here.
+1 for hoping for Forge and Grave.
