I recently purchased content using the D&D Beyond APP available in the apple app store. I have purchased content form the website and had no problem. This time, I was billed for the content, but it has not been unlocked. I contacted the App help (Curse Media) and they say that they have no record of my purchase. I included a screen cap of my apple store receipt, and have been met with silence. Any help would be appreciated.
