I don't seem to have any sort of forum rank denoting my active status. The people in my campaign, whether I be listed as DM or player, don't seem to be able to access sorcerer bloodline extra content. Do we have to wait a week before my rank kicks in or something? That seems mildly excessive considering our DM claims other people have had it instantaneously in his past campaigns. I go to my marketplace tab and it says it's an active subscription.
EDIT: I've submitted a proper Content Sharing ticket (took me awhile to find the correct spot) that includes my ID number and proof of purchase.
I posted this because I already hit the Share Content button in my campaign tab. I made sure that everybody had all the content checkboxes in their CSes checked. I sent a ticket because it's still not working with both of those options covered.
Have you tried having everyone clear their cache? I know that this fixes a more than a few problems, though I wouldn't think all of the players would be having the issue.

I don't think there is a forum rank associated with subscriptions.
Content sharing doesn't turn on automatically, you have to enable it at the top of the campaign page.
