The only thing I don't like about the fix is the spells don't have the concentration icon when applicable.
Ow, that's true. And it is probably another bug. Because reading on DMG or basic rules, using from a magic item the user needs to concentrate if the spells cast requires concentration.
Tangentially related, the PHB states that "If they don’t appear on the warlock spell list, they are nonetheless warlock spells for you." However taking an object such as the Rod of the Pact Keeper, which gives you +1 to warlock spells DC and To Hit values does not effect the cantrips. Also modifies such as "At level 5..." are not reflected on the cantrips.

That's a good observation. You should make a separate thread for that since it is a separate issue from the topic of this thread so that the devs can take proper note of it for a fix.

I had the same thought and created it. It's actually a bigger issue than I thought because even spells on the Warlock list don't get the buff if they are chosen with Pact of the Tome.
I was able to create a magic item (Book of Shadows) that contains my ritual spells but I don't believe this should be the way to mark it work. Hopefully they're able to code a fix at some point.
I looked at this just a few hours after posting and noticed new spell slots available in the Eldritch Invocations after selecting Book of Ancient Secrets. I'm not able to add my 2 free rituals as well as add more rituals as I find them in this same section.

And I cast Heroism on the community.
Supposedly going to be fixed with the new character sheet coming later this month.
Is this fixed in the new sheet? Doesn’t look like it is :(
Not yet. It is going to be fixed soon. "It's on the short list"
Still broken.. :(
Pact of the Tome is broken now, it does not show the selected Cantrips on your Spell List.
It does for me!
Just pointing out that this was NOT fixed in the update.
It’s working for me. However, the Book of Ancient Secrets Eldrich Invoation is not working; I’m not able to add any additional spells or rituals.
I haven't messed around with the magic item system yet, what did you do to make it work

Thanks for the fix!
I have a lvl 4 warlock, and no pact of tomb or an option to add additional cantrips
It is the level 3 warlock feature. Go to edit character or manage level and look for "pact boon"
How did you get Pact of the Tome on your character tho?
