TFTYP needs a lot of tool-tip fixes. Not sure why tool-tip bugs take so long.
The actual act of fixing a tooltip does not take long. The act of pouring through thousands of forum posts to find out a few tooltips are missing takes far longer.
These are now addressed. If you come across any others in any of the sources, it certainly helps to point those out to us.

Thanks!
I feel you and the other Staff need to be thanked for your hard work more often. So thank you.

I can't imagine the effort it takes to keep tracking these kinds of bug notifications, and my hat is off to you for being so on top of it. I would encourage you to make the pages markeable, so users can report a mistake on a page. Send that report to some of the same kind folks that patrol your fora, so that they can verify it and pass it on to you or clear it.
This would also integrate well with letting users mark rules that they want to houserule. For example, in addition to failing str and dex saves, I think paralyzed targets should automatically fail strength and dex ability checks. It would be nice to note as much on the rule page and be able to share as much with my players, so when they look up rules, they see it right there.
This one is actually not the normal "bolded text" that is typically used for monsters, so it is not tooltipped.
Basically, we call out the monster in a tooltip if WotC calls them out in the source. This is a general stance - I'm sure their are exceptions, particularly in tables.

Ohhh, ok. That makes sense. Thanks for clarifying.
Also there are a bunch of creatures with modifications, like Snarla on section 12 or the Huge giant crab on section 17, any chance to have an npc stat block unified with the changes indicated in the section included so its streamlined when using the material?
Sorry, my message sounded snarkier than intended. I was just getting confused as to why other tool-tips with newer dates were getting fixed before ones with older dates. You have answered that.
Is there a best practice format for bug submissions to the forum? I know one of the moderators will tag them. I really tried to avoid bumping the threads, but should we bump after a certain amount of time.

You may want to report these as a new bug. This thread is marked resolved.

It's been pointedly requested by myself and others. The official answer is that they are, for the moment, following WotC's lead on this, but at least they know it's important. Last couple pages of the Monsters Listing Mega Thread.

The link to Stirge is missing here...

My 5e Houserule Considerations. Please comment freely.
This is marked as resolved but the issue I reported is still an issue. There is no link to "stirges" in the text I mentioned originally.
