I'm SO happy to see UA subclasses being added, but with how difficult it is for the Beyond team to add new classes, are we going to see stuff like the Artificer any time soon?
What he was referring to is the next time WotC publishes content containing those classes.
That might be a full sourcebook, or it might be a UA article containing an updated version of the class - we don't know, but both of those will be added to D&D Beyond.

Same answer that Stormknight has right above you. Whenever WotC publishes the content again. Essentially no, everything before this month is not going to be brought in. Only new or republished UA from this point on will be added.
As Erylia_DM said, College of Swords was officially released. In Xanathar's Guide to Everything.

In today's Developer preview, BadEye said that they will be made available one the next WOTC iteration of those classes/options comes out.
