Ooh, good highlight. Yeah, it sometimes goes at the top of certain pages, when commenting. I think not on forum posts, but on articles. I'm going to go check and try to nab an example.
Yeah, when I go to https://www.dndbeyond.com/changelog/256-character-sheet-revamp, the comment box is at the top. I click on 'Quote' on a post and the comment box behaves appropriately and all, and commenting still works fine, but I'm with SabreRunner - it was kind of odd that on certain sections of the site the comment box was up top.
Chrome on Windows. Up-to-date browser. Like I said, it's just fine here and in other places. I just see the behavior in the changelog entries and I think I've seen it somewhere else...
It's really weird for me that the add comment box is always on top of the comments thread on all DNDBeyond pages.
Why isn't it at the very bottom like in all forums?
This makes it look like every page is comment-less, at first glance.

Can you please elaborate on what you're seeing? I've never seen the comments box at the top of any of our pages.

What browsers are you using? Chrome on Windows and Mac and Safari on my Mac all render it properly.
