I currently have two campaigns that I am sharing content with for the players. One campaign I was wanting to add in some homebrew spells and such, but I realized that if I allowed that, the other game would be able to have access to them. I would just have them turn off homebrew content, but then they wouldn't have access to some of the unique items they've collected. I really wish there was a way to allow certain content to be shared with certain campaigns.

That is a very unique and interesting need. You should go to the Zendesk support site and ask they put that on the backlog.
The work around for this is to remove it from your homebrew collection. When you want to add a unique, homebrewed item, you temporarily add it back in to your homebrew collection, add it to the character, and then remove it again from the collection.
It stays available to the character but does not show up as available to anyone else. It's a pain, but it's the only way I can see of making what you want work.
I sort of agree this needs to be done. I don't need players having access to all homebrewed monsters, items and spells. Some things should stay a mystery, like how many hit points the final boss has, whether an item is cursed or not, or even what creatures we have in a campaign. In addition it'd be nice if we could restrict "base assumptions" like some of the races from a game. Although this might be more useful as part of the campaign tool (which is underdeveloped as is).
Players can even spoil themselves by looking through the monsters list, which is available on their character sheets. It should be in the DMs purview what the characters can access.
They need the stats for a skeleton? DM should allow a character access to it. They need the stats for a unique artifact? DM should be able to give it to them. They won't ever need access to the name of every single creature, including its stats. This might even be a spoiler if they come across a name they recognize and see "Oh hey, that's Ludwig, the guy we keep helping. Weird, he has a CR of 13, that's higher than the expected level we're going to be. Oh and legendary actions. He might be the boss?"
