I might be wrong, but isn't "Passive" a thing only for Perception? As far as I know/remember it's a way to easily identify if the characters notice something even if they are not paying full attention or actively looking out for stuff, I am not sure I would traslate that to other skills tbh (even the knowledge skills are best rolled, as what is asked might not actually be at all in the realm of knowledge of the character, while noticing stuff is mostly a matter of how attentive one is, imho).

God I do love that sheet... can't wait for the overhaul to go live.
(also, thanks for making me realise I should probably go refresh my memory on the passive skills, I probably have my mind still locked on the wrong edition on that XD)
Edit: I see now that my statement was utterly flawed, as RAW any skill can be used as a passive skill in 5ed. You learn something every day :D

Passive is the most used one. One of the Core books also calls out Passive Investsgstion. The DM could use any stat as passive.
Can that be adjusted? There’s only actually a passive perception score. Outside of an odd error in the observant feat, there aren’t passive scores for investigation or insight, so I’d like to be able to disable the ones that aren’t real.

Most definitely so. I had a look at the actual rule in the books a minute ago.
This "only Perception can be used as passive" bollocks must have been stuck in my mind since years...

Not quite. Crawford is saying if a DM chooses to use a passive check for a skill and that said skill is "always active" like perception is treated (because beyond opening our eyes and not closing our ears, there isn't any "turn on" for senses) that they can use the passive score as a minimum result for active checks.
Reliable Talent still effectively turns even the skills that the DM doesn't choose to use a passive check for or doesn't consider "always active" into skills for which you can't roll less than what would be your passive score.
I'd like to put in request for a Passive Skills column on the DnDB Character sheet.
I know for the most part the only things that interact with Passive stats is Observant feat for +5 to Perception and Investigation.
I figure if DnDB makes it a column to the right of each skill, it will future-proof any other future Feat that might interact with other skills.

I am so looking forward to this.

It uses Perception as the example, but is quite clear that it can be any check.

Thinking about it, i just might start using if a the passive check is less that 5 or 10, I might then use the active check.
Passive Perception is the effective minimum on any Wisdom (Perception) check, and per Jeremy Crawford the DM can apply that to any skill they use passive checks for. So have at 'er!
