Is the Adventurers League stuff going to make it into DDB? It seems really strange that those module's items are not available in DDB. After all the modules were made by Wizards of the Coast.
If this is not added then the selector for having Homebrew is not fully correct. This modules are not considered Homebrew (as far as I know).
Will we be able to upload content - like full adventures?
I would love to see a system where AL adventures are purchasable here, but where I could also download a zip of an adventure off of dmsguild and upload it here.

Log sheets would be my first wish, followed by something like this. Perhaps even a discount code partnership with the DMG to allow access to adventure mods here.

I would like log sheets too. Although, I can do that in google sheets pretty well right now. It would be a great improvement whether AL or not. I would like my players to be able to log when they forget their stuff. In fact I'm starting to require logging with my work game.
One of the impediments to having AL/dmsguild type adventures available here is the conversion cost.
The more I think about it, the more I think it becomes more difficult. For FantasyGrounds, the onus is on the author of the adventure to build it so it's available for download.
Maybe it would be more workable to make this place a secondary marketplace for those types of adventures, and leave it up to the adventure authors whether to convert and also sell here. Would absolutely require contract work with Wizards, and possibly between Wizards and OBS.
You’re right, it would be a tough thing to navigate. Oh but how cool would it be to have digital certs and handouts and to be able to integrate your character sheet with log sheet story awards and downtime activities! *drool*

Oh. I'd love that. It would just be very hard to enforce the the adventures being available both places.
A shared file format that could be be used to generate something for here and a PDF could be a good way to go, but would be expensive to implement. Current templates seem to be in MS word so hopefully it would be as easy as copy/pasting paragraphs and doing a little bit of markup, but without knowing how compendium content is built, it would be very hard to know.

The templates are indeed Word formatted, so it should be relatively easy to figure things out technically. But it would require time, money, and negotiations with authors/DMG/WotC to implement, so the challenge would likely mostly be on the business side of the equation.
Looking at the HTML source, it looks like the formatting is pretty simple - Stuff like this from LMOP (I hope they're ok with me sharing this since it's very generic):
<p class="Core-Styles_Core-Body">Whenever the text refers to a magic item, its name is presented in <span class="Serif-Character-Style_Italic-Serif">italic</span> type. For a description of the item and its magical properties, see appendix A.</p>
Maybe Wizards or Curse will produce (whether new or from an existing source) and adventure that everyone can have for free. Give everyone a taste of what an adventure looks like in the format and as a sample for how to write an adventure for dndbeyond.
Edit: Hell, I'd write and donate a tiny adventure for that purpose. It would be tiny and have like a single encounter, but I'd have have fun doing it.

Yep. Almost certainly mostly a question on the legal and contract side.
I could see perhaps an arrangement where authors could opt into a profit share with Curse to offer their mods here. Curse could take on formatting and selling the product for their platform in exchange for a percentage cut. They might be a $1-2 more expensive, but you'd have a the DDB experience and integration as the reason for the higher sale price. I could see that as being a big win for all parties involved.
I know this has probably been brought up before but can we add D&D Adventurer's League Log Sheets as an option for the character sheets. I know in non-AL games some aspects of the AL log sheet, such as tracking gold and XP per session, don't translate into a necessary function. The usefulness is that currently the D&D Beyond character sheets, so far as I can tell, don't track downtime or renown. I find this odd because it is an optional mechanic for all DMs and Players, regardless of affiliation with AL. So if we can get an option for everyone to track downtime and renown, then why not take what seems like a very small extra step and provide AL players with a log sheet option.
D&D Adventurer's League is pretty popular and it would be very nice if D&D Beyond were to support AL features such as:
Ability to create AL or non-AL characters. If creating an AL character, once something from a source book is picked outside of the PHB, automatically bind that character to the source book (as per the PHB+1 rules)
Let the user knowingly select spells outside of the source book in the case of a wizard, which may learn spells not in their source book by finding a scroll or copying from another wizard.
Have a log sheet associated with each character that can accept AL required values
This log sheet doesn't have to be just for AL. It could be a more generic "Character Journal" or something similar. Maybe have it be AL bound if the character was created as an AL character (see previous bullet point)
Allow a DM to "sign" a players log sheet to mark that a magic item was obtained.
This log could then be used to mark the characters level, as more XP is added, the character is automatically given a level.
I think that having the ability to create AL characters and track character information would be very useful for AL and for non-AL play. Even in non-AL play, being able to track the XP in a journal would be useful for keeping things up to date and marking when/where items were obtained.
I agree. I'd like to see these same features as well. Especially adding info for tracking renown and downtime, which was given more prominence in XgtE. But with the additional exceptions for certed races and subclasses. It might be better if you could just select your main +1 at the beginning and get an alert if you select something that doesn't fall into that or the PHB.
On the other hand, Driagan, they may be holding off because based on the latest survey it seems as though AL is considering updating some rules to coincide more with "Shared campaign" rules also in XgtE.
I can't recall the exact words but the general gist I can recall of what the devs have said is that this type of thing is on the roadmap. I think they were saying that it's either part of the character sheet revamp or soon after it.
One of the rules for adventure league play is the +1, however it is impossible to know what is from the Elemental Evil companion. Would it be possible to update the items from the that document with a separate tag for easier identification?
I will confess that I didn't search, and I can easily see this having been suggested before, but, could we maybe see about putting the Adventurer's League Player's Guide and DM Guides in as searchable content? I hate to sound spoiled, but, I still have to search for D&D stuff in more than one place, and I don't mind spending money :P

Yeah it seems AL should be integrated asap, no?
I know that Adventurer's League integration is on the list of ideas for future development. I don't have a timeframe though.

Simplest thing would probably be to have this as a secondary marketplace. Depends on if OBS has an exclusive agreement for DMSguild content.
Anything new on this topic?
