We're running through Yawning Portal, and a mysterious warlock just showed up. I was informed that while I slept, he touched Blackrazor, which I am attuned to, and I strongly suspect he tried to made it his pact weapon, but I don't think even hexblades can do that to sentient weapons or artifacts.
Can a person do this to a weapon that they are not attuned to? I can think of some situations where it might come in handy, but I don't know if the hour long ritual would break the other person's hold on it.
I am not sure of the official POV, but personally, I wouldn't allow the stealing of an attuned weapon without the weapon actually leaving your possession for long enough them to attune to it.
That and Blackrazor, being an intelligent weapon that can communicate with you, should have woken you up if some dork tried to mess with it while you slept. As long as you are attuned to it and you are fulfilling its needs, it shouldn't be interested in being ritually attuned to someone else.
An easy check next game would be to ask your DM if it is still attuned to you. If it is then you are safe because magical weapons can't be attuned to more than one person and the Hexblade powers you are worried about only work if the Hexblade is attuned to your sword. If you are not attuned, spend and hour in the morning to re-attune to Blackrazor and be done with it.

"The mongoose blew out its candle and was asleep in bed before the room went dark." —Llanowar fable
Agree with Metamongoose. It should have woken you up by screaming in your head, maybe playing some 80's rock music, idk. It shouldn't be that easy to steal a sentient weapon. A normal magic weapon, perhaps, but not a sentient one you're attuned to.

Thanks for the advice, everyone. Yeah, even a regular magic weapon would unattune to someone if left alone long enough.
It spoke to me and locates creatures, plus we took a short rest, so I think I'm still attuned. I'll ask. We pass notes via texts, usually, so there's a delay. I got the alert mid-combat, right as the guy was doing something else shady, but that's when it would cause the most chaos, so maybe that's Blackrazor's game.
It would make me more uncomfortable if another player character was just touching me in my sleep than if he was trying to steal the sword.

According to the RAW, not without a one-hour ritual.
