I just started playing Dungeons and Dragons with friends a couple weeks ago but as of late it all started to fall apart with people having other commitments, loosing interest, and just not taking it as seriously as I want to play it as. I would go to a pathfinder game to try to make friends but there really aren't any near me. I know how to play the game as a player being as I have had plenty of time to read through the class I like playing (Cleric) and made two characters through the character creator. I just want to casually and consistently play the game. What should I do, any suggestions would be helpful.
Check the Looking For Players & Groups forum. It's a forum specifically to try and find players and groups be it offline, online using chat/voice services like Discord or using Virtual Tabletop sites like Roll20.net.
If you like typing try the Play-by-Post forum. This forum is for games that can be played by posting in the forum using the dice roller built into the forum.
Offline suggestions can include: check with local game shops as they may run a game or know people who may want to play - if the shop doesn't consider putting up a flyer in there. Make a Facebook group for it and share it with everyone you know try putting up flyers for the group in game stores, cafés and college campuses. If you are in school consider an after-school club. Search for other post sites about game notices by area. Look into the official Wizard's of the Coast Adventurer's League which may have information about games running in your area.
