Assuming you buy some content that allows you to make a wider array of characters, what's your first character going to be?
I'll probably be making MOKRAN!, a dwarven battlerager who loves to grab enemies and headbutt them (with his spiky helmet) while beating them up with his hammer. He knows only one word: MOKRAN! because he was ousted from the dwarven military of Citadel Adbar after receiving a cannonball to the side of the head during an experimental weapons-testing event and now it's the only word he can remember. Nobody knows what it means, not even MOKRAN!
Either that, or my Fallen Aasimar (customised for +1 Con instead of Str) Eldritch Knight/Dragon Sorcerer, Pelope Astape. She was one of the generals of Bahamut's Celestial Palace until her hubris and warmongering drew his ire. He cast her down to Faerun as a spirit, to be reborn and learn humility. She has no knowledge of her origin, only that she feels an intense need to be lawful, good, and a growing sense of innate power welling up from within her.

"Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation."
My current character, Stevanus Aurelius. An Inquisitor, which is a Homebrew Rogue Archetype. Akin to the Arcane trickster, except Cleric-based. That's right, I'm gonna make a homebrew sub-class, because I can. :) I promise, that will be opened up for all, soon-ish.
A Teifling Artificer. He is going to be an NPC in the campaign I am currently building as a craftsman in the Mines that my players acquired from the last campaign. He will give them quests to gather items and such, sometimes accompany them on some quests. And probably a bunch more when its released.
I'd like to make my current character, but I won't be able to since it's a custom variant of Tiefling we're using for our Planescape campaign. (Planar rather than Prime tiefling, with a bunch of randomized racial features in place of the standard Hellish Resistance/Infernal Legacy features. Maybe down the line, when they allow for homebrew races...although by then, the campaign will be over. : p

I am the Inquisitor Imperitus. I am judge, jury, and executioner. Draw your last breath now, as I send you to the Nine Hells.

I've been working on my half elf bard for Tomb of Annihilation. Going for fey bard homebrew from middle finger of Vecna.
