In the long run, if your plan is to buy all the books. You can wait for individual sales, which could be a long time. Otherwise, this deal would end up saving you a larger sum of money.

You could also just add all of the books to the cart and use a current 25 percent off coupon. Adding everything you don't have will get you very close to the legendary bundle price, currently mine is about 3 dollars more than the legendary bundle.
So as I understand it, in effect when you buy the legendary bundle you loose the discount you originally received when you bought the individual books and replace it with the %15 discount on each item and future items. So if you are planning to get the legendary bundle at some time in the future there is no real benefit for waiting for discounts on the individual books.
Well currently if you throw everything in your cart that is in the legendary bundle (presuming you don't have anything) and use a 25% discount on the cart as a whole you save just over $37 over the legendary bundle (oddly costing you that if you then upgrade to a Legendary bundle without a discount on the bundle).
Though if you are happy to wait and hold off on a few bits , it becomes far more economical to upgrade when a 25% off the Legendary bundle (which we will likely see again) as if I recall right it is cumulative with the general discount of the 15% embedded into the bundle saving you about 33-35% in total on the long run (the total current discounted bundle would cost around $283.27, if my maths is correct, that you want to keep expenditure under).
Pretty much. When I bought the Legendary Bundle, the retail price was $360, and the 25% off coupon brought it down to $270. The LB discount plus a 25%er tends to bring book prices down into the $15 range, which is pretty good compared to what you might end up paying.
They didn't say, but they just posted them a few days ago so you should be fine for at least a few weeks. You could go ahead and get the LB and then use the other 25%er to buy Dragon Heist and it'd work out the same way. I bought the Eberron book, preordered both Waterdeep books and Ravnica using the LB discount and another 25% off coupon and the total came to like 62 bucks for the four volumes.
Generally speaking there's almost always a spare 25% off code floating around, and since things get announced months before they come out, you've got plenty of time to let them stack up before making an order to maximize the coupon's effectiveness. It really does making buying the DDB content pretty inexpensive.

Any Idea if the legendary Bundle will go on sale again?
I'm sure they'll eventually do another coupon code for it, but the last one ended about two months ago so it might be a bit.

D&D Beyond posted a new 25% off Legendary Bundle code on Facebook: LEGEND25. Guess it came sooner than I thought. :)
(Also HERO25 for non-LB purchases.)
How long will these codes be valid for? I was thinking of upgrading to the Legendary Bundle but wanted to wait until the Dragon Heist was included.
