Yes, but not in one place, unless you want to spend the time and effort to come up with your own compilation. DND Beyond is doing all the work for you for free, a very time consuming project if you were to do it yourself. And, they have already said the free stuff will remain free, so I am not sure why you are referring to free content available elsewhere? They are giving you a very useful compilation of it, and they will not charge you for it.
But, if you want extra content, like paid content that you would get in the PHB or useful features like player syncing, or whatever, then you will have to pay for it. And, you should expect to have to pay for it. WOTC is a company in the business of making a profit, not in spending time and money giving people stuff for free. Obviously, people signed up for this Beta for a reason. If you could get all your needs satisfied with all the resources you already have, then you probably would not be here. At the end of the day, you are going to have to pay for the extras, and if it is not worth it to you, then I guess if I were WOTC, I would say "Bye, bye! Don't let the door slam on you on the way out!"
Regarding the pricing, there is one big wish I have:
Please let it be possible to share bought content with your group!
I am absolutely willing to pay for content here on this site, so I do not need to use the books. But I would very much like D&DB to be better than books in every way. And one of the things I can easily do with books is share them. From our group, I am the only one who has the books. When we created characters for our campaign, I gave the players handbook to my players one after the other, so they could take all the time they wanted to look through all the available options and build their characters. I want to do this with D&DB.

Hey Varicus - Badeye has mentioned the following in regards to subscriptions/pricing (and all his and other staff's quote can be found in out Developer's Quote thread):
I think the best way to address the concern of not being able to use the tools available because one or two players can't afford to purchase the content is to offer a DM or party subscription with a certain number of "seats.". Obviously the ability to purchase additional seats would need to be there. We have a group of six - five players and the DM - and I can't see myself paying more than $10/month to have access to all of the features.
Wouldn't this be epic?
Alright, someone finally baited me to respond to something before the formal pricing announcement...I have to put the lid back on it.
As soon as the staff are ready to announce pricing and additional features they will (trust me, all the Mods have been poking staff daily to see if there are any announcements). :)
I think it's safe to assume that DnDB will follow a similar strategy to the rest of the WotC content. SRD and Basic Rules are for everyone, but have limited info. If you want more, you purchase the PHB, DMG, MM, etc. My guess is we'll be seeing a subscription service here. Maybe it'll be teired, where the core books are Tier $, and then extras like Sword Coast Adventure Guide, Volo's Guide, and Unearthed Arcana are Tier $$
On a related note, the Element Evil Players Companion was a free PDF release by Wizards. I am curious if there are plans to add it down the road as well as any future free Wizards releases, such as Unearthed Arcana, for free users.
The EE Player's Companion will certainly be added soon. We can't yet talk about the way that Unearthed Arcana will be incorporated, but I can confirm we intend to do so.

I am very excited for there being a DM or Party subscription. I have several players who are very interested in this, but very nervous about how much it will cost. Right now we all admittedly use not exactly legal applications and methods to have character trackers/creators on cell phones and tablets (though I will say we ALL bought at least the PHB and 3 of the 6 of us have ALL the 5e books, and I mean ALL). I will gladly pay a bit more a month to allow my players to use this with me. Especially if they all sync so me in the DM seat can also track my player's HP and spell slots available and status effects and all.
We have updated Phase 1 of the DDB beta with the new Characters section (Races, Classes, Backgrounds, and Feats), as well as incorporating the remainder of the Basic Rules into the Compendium section.
You will now see the entirety of both the Basic Rules and the Systems Reference Document (SRD) together in one place!
I think I am missing something. I don't see many of the monsters from the Basic Rules. http://dnd.wizards.com/products/tabletop/dm-basic-rules contains Allosaurus and Ankylosaurus and Pteranodon just to name a few which i cannot see in the monster list here on DnDBeyond. Also all the monsters say they come from the Basic Rules but many of them are not in the Basic Rules, they are in the SRD. in fact all monsters level 9+ (minus Fire Giant, Stone Golem and Adult red dragon) are NOT in the basic rules. i wish that the monsters would list all the sources they come from... accurately. In fact i see that in the advanced filter for the monsters the only option is BR but like i said this whole monster set is SRD not BR it seems. this would be helpful because later on as you get into encounter building and campaign running it would be really useful for me as a DM who is maybe considering taking some of these encounters out and putting them into an adventure to sell it would be important for me to know that i am only putting in SRD monsters or monsters whose stats are freely accessible (BR) so i can accurately navigate some of those licensing challenges.
Wait a second. while checking some of these same pitfalls for Feats and Backgrounds i saw this:
The backgrounds below are part of the Basic Rules (SRD).
First: please be consistent with your abbreviations are you abbreviating Basic Rules as BR as you do in the Monster filters or as SRD which you do here in this statement
Secondly and more importantly: Do you know that the Basic Rules are not the SRD. and neither is a subset of the other? its like a venn diagram. there are lots of similarities but each has its own uniqueness. like the SRD specific monsters i mentioned above (Adult copper dragon) are not in the BR and some BR monsters (like Allosaurus) are not in the SRD. In fact on the Backgrounds page i pulled the quote from you mention backgrounds that are in BR but you used the SRD abbreviation.
I hope you differentiate between SRD and BR. i hope you finish getting the BR content in there and i hope you use your abbreviations consistently
thanks for the effort i know it isnt easy
Are you sure those items are missing? Because, when I went looking for the information that you stated was not there, I was able to find it. (e.g. Allosaurus, Adult copper dragon, Ankylosaurus)

These were added in the last couple of days. All Basic Rules monsters should now be incorporated!
As was mentioned - the monsters from the Basic Rules was still being added. Beyond staff had only recently been given the go ahead to add the Basic Rules on top of the SRD. This is the only platform that WotC has given the go head to do this.
To simplify for everyone, all of this free content will be referred to as Basic Rules.
I really like the layout for these race and class features. As a DM with little experience playing or leading campaigns, I often have to double check information and this is much easier than everyone passing around character sheets and paging through the PHB. I look forward to further updates!
I think that on the monster page ALL the type icons should be on the SAME PAGE. Don't make the user scroll sideways to get to the rest of the icon choices. When you make a type choice on the second page of icons the browser jumps back to the beginning of the icon list and doesn't show your choice. Yes, you see the keyword in the listing but this is NOT good interfacing.
Also, make a chain list of the current choices below the type icons but above the results. The user NEEDS a list of current filter choices in view.
Put the monster type icons on ONE page. Find a way. The side scrolling is uncomfortable and clunky.
I'm seeing some aspects of the Elemental Evil Player's Companion, I'm assuming the rest of it (like the spells and other race options) will show up soon?
Edit: race options are there, they weren't earlier this afternoon, so I see where it's continuing to be added, yay!

This is something that they have been working on today and will continue to work on. :)

Good so far.
I like the hover pop ups.
Thanks for the feedback.
The monster type filter you see now in beta is not its final form - updates will come to it over time.
Except that much of the functional aspect of this product is already available for free elsewhere.
If you're talking about non-SRD content, show me a legal resource where it's free?
Right now, I'm using a character app on my iphone that is free unless you want leveling up, which was 2.99. It's not the books, but I've yet to need anything in character maintenance other than what hasn't been added from Volo's. Really, I think it's hard to tell players to pay for digital tools. Full content for GM stuff I can see charging for, even if people own the books, but races and classes is a much harder sell. That stuff's going to have to be super cheap, at least the tools to use the books they already have. Optimally, the vast majority of character creation stuff, especially races, should be essentially free. It's too little information to pay for.

I find it interesting that someone would call basically everything that the majority of people playing the game actually want "too little information to pay for."
The general how-to-play the game stuff is already free, and doesn't usually need much referencing (or is referenced by the DM), so all that players (which usually outnumber their DM 3 or more to 1) actually need is whatever character creation stuff they can get their hands on. Unless by "character creation stuff" you mean something other than the game elements which a player might look through and select from to build or advance their character.

Loving the look so far!! Very excited to see the final product- as well as nervous about the final cost.....
I really like the ADVANCED filters on the monsters. This is VERY useful. Please ad the DAMAGE TYPE the monster DELIVERS.

A dwarf with a canoe on his back? What could go wrong?
Maybe DND beyond will offer something similar for the SRD. I'd be curious to see what their app looks like.
