OOC:Lari is a ghost in the shadows.

It is a simple staircase carved out of the rock with natural cave walls. On the way down you see a variety of mushrooms growing at the edges of the stairs. Lari when you get about halfway down the stairs you notice a faint blue light coming from the darkness.

Lari points up the steps towards Ivellios and casts  message to whisper "It's safe half way down. Start coming slowly." He then continues on the rest of the way.

When you get to the bottom of the stairs the path way opens up into a larger space, it then branches off in two directions. The floor of the cave is covered wall to wall with various mushrooms. The ones that draw your eye are giving off a faint fluorescent lights. The cause of the blue light you saw earlier, you realize. Other then the sounds of your own movement the cave seems to be quiet.

Lari scouts 60' in each of the two directions looking for anything of obvious danger or value. Perception 6

Byg’wigg is keeping a general ear and nose out for anything worrying, Perception: 17

OOC: Speaking of "violent fungus".

Lari as you move down one of the hallways, you don't hear anything or see much in the faint light, even with your dark vision. You don't notice as your foot come down just a little too close to one of the larger blue mushrooms. The mushroom tenses up and releases a thick blue mist, filling Lari's vision.

Lari make a constitution save.

Lari tries to resist the noxious spores from the mushroom.

Lari coughs and backs away as quick as he can. He heads back to the others. When he gets up to them he says, "Be careful of the large blue mushrooms. They spew blue mist, and it's unpleasant. I scouted each way a bit, but only found mushrooms. Which way Dream Team?"

“Byg’wigg approve of name. Byg’wigg say we look at other way! Mushrooms good when good, but bad when bad.” Byg’wigg tugs Dazzle’s head like a pony towards the other direction.

Yes it is just a mushroom.
