(Just to be safe, I always manually add the modifier shown from the Combat tab of the character sheet, plus any situational modifiers.)
(Edit: As much as I would love to, I won't be allowing Action exchanges. However, Action Surge does not cost anything and it gives an additional Action plus Bonus.)

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Perrin will move up to be 30 ft from a troll (not the one Kyrthas is attacking, as that appears thoughrouly dead). Perrin will Produce Flame to damage a troll, stopping its regeneration (fire attack):
Attack: 25
Damage: 3
As a bonus action Perrin will use Shillelagh to empower his weapon.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Vaike turns to whichever troll is the one that hasn't moved yet (the one below him in initiative rolls) and flips around his Sword of Wounding like it was a knife instead of a several foot metal sword, and swings at the immobile troll twice.
(Hit: 16, 27
Damage: 6, 7)
(Edit, so from my understanding of Paladin, you choose to cast divine smite after rolling hit dice, not before, and id like to do that on the second hit (which crit). Do you want me to roll 3 additional D8 dice (one for normal crit damage, two for divine smite) or does the divine smite also get crit dice (which would be 1 normal crit dice, and 3-4 divine smite crit dice)
(Edit 2, so outta curiosity I researched and found this, its up to the DM how he wants to precede however)
(Edit 3: Emboldened by my google searches and Matthias reply I am gonna roll up the crit and divine smite crit dice here (5 total additional dice) all of which are D8: 5, 1, 4, 8, 7) (Mini edit 4: Im pretty sure that divine smite hits dont get proficiency modifiers and stuff, but I think the normal crit damage does, so Im pretty sure you add an extra 5 of damage to that first crit roll(d8+5 which i forgot to do)) so if I did my math right the total damage done this turn for simplicity should be 39)

OOC: Yes, and I'm pretty sure added dice--such as those from Divine Smite or Sneak Attack--are also doubled on a crit. One extra die from weapon crit and 4+ d8s from Divine Smite crit.

OOC: No, crits just double dice, not bonuses. And how is it that you have +7 to hit and +5 damage at 10th level? The only way I can think of for that to be right is for you to have a Strength score of 16 or 17 (which I think is rather odd) and the Dueling fighting style.

OOC: If crits dont add the bonus, then minus 5 off the total, which means a total of 34 damage to the the troll, and yes I actually have both of the things you mentioned, Vaike is a big beefy boy
(Burn that troll down. Crit damage for divine smite it is! Just waiting for the others to post. Whoever doesn't post by mid tomorrow morning (roughly 24 hours total), I'll just proceed with Round 1 and they can jump in after.)

Slinking forward, a dagger slips out of Gridolpho's sleeve into his waiting hand. He pauses for a moment as the hulking form of Vaike passes by and distracts the Troll.
Then, with a casual flick of his wrist, his dagger flies towards the distracted monster.
Move to within 20' of the troll.
Ready an attack. Trigger: when Vaike engages the troll.
Kyrthas' axe cleaves a bloody mess through the first troll. It's limbs sever and the body collapses.
Troll4 charges Kyrthas, rending and biting: Claw1 15 for 5, Claw2 25 for 7, Bite 12 for 7.
The woman approaches the trolls (not enough movement to reach them), waiting to rush them next turn.
Perrin's fire strikes true and the troll takes the fire straight to the chest. It is enraged as the wound burns and struggles to recover.
Troll1 snaps awake, enraged. Legs and an arm removed, it swings and bites at Kyrthas before grabbing its other arm and holing it to the socket. Regenerate 10hp, Claw 9 for 9, Bite 13 for 7.
Troll 3 sweeps around its brethren and assaults Kyrthas. Claw1 26 for 5, Claw2 10 for 8, Bite 10 for 6.
Vaike and Gridolpho unleash a massive combo attack against Troll2. Its severely wounded and wounds are struggling to recover after the fire attack.
Troll2, seeing Vaike as an obstacle before taking revenge against Perrin, settles for the paladin. Claw1 25 for 7, Claw2 25 for 7, Bite 16 for 6 plus 2 for crit.
(Edit: Forgot to roll Troll1 bite at disadvantage, but it missed anyway.)

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Perrin, unwilling to shoot into melee and accidentally hurt his companions, focuses his eyes on the thrown dagger now firmly embedded inside Troll2.
"Ferro ignis carn", he whispers.
A sizzling sound emanates from the troll, as the Heat Metal spell rapidly heats up the dagger until it glows red-hot and chars the troll's flesh. The troll takes 14 fire damage.

I, very calmly, extract a torch from my saddlebag, light it, and smile evilly. Then I dismount and start walking over to the troll Kyrthas took down.
