He had avoided the confrontation with the lawman. Joining his new friends at the Swinging Sword, he settles into his chair with a mug of sweet cider. His Master had sent him to find the source of evil magics. Was this cult the end of it, or the beginning. He couldn't tell. These folk he had come across seemed to work well together. He would stay with them, honouring his word.
"I guess 'The Farmer' would suit someone with my.... tendencies. It inconspicuous too, especially around here. I've never had an alias before. It's all very exciting"he takes a long draw on his tankard.
Listening to the bar keeps information he goes quiet, not wanting to make a decision that would affect the group. He resigns himself to following the others decision. Why wouldn't he....a druid knew nothing of the wider world. Men and their bickering was something he was still growing accustomed to.
Rubin listens to the woman's report on what she knew and smiled to himself. Serving persons always learned more than people realized. he waits to see what the others decide as well, this group he had joined recently seemed to have good insight on what to do and he felt any decision made here would get them some more information in the long run.
"Might be worth talking to Endrith and Larmon," Jairus says in response to the woman's words. "We could look for them now, or tomorrow, after a good night's rest. No harm getting information tonight, we ain't gonna rush off into any trouble or anything until we get rested. Up to y'all. You want a night of R&R, that's fine by me." Jairus sounds eager for a night of celebration himself, but if the group wants to line up their next investigation leads now, he will follow suit.
"Part of getting a rest is at least a few hours to unwind with some drinking, sharing and listening to tales or song, any kind of recreation that can be found really. Followed by a good night's sleep and a hearty repast." Tyde takes another long sip of his wine.
"Have you guys heard the tale of the Pikalo sisters?" Tyde will inquire once everyone has had a drink and is feeling more relaxed.

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."

"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
"The Pikalo sisters used to visit town every weekend from an isolated farm. Being triplets they were competitive with each other and would visit different inns and taverns trying to outdo the other with how... 'friendly' they could be toward the menfolk of the town. Also being triplets the men never knew for sure which sister they were spending time with. It got so the men would gather in the taverns and inns during the week to gossip about which sister they were with and how 'friendly' that particular sister was to them."
Tyde will pause to sip his wine before continuing with his tale.
"I heard some of the tales these men told as I was passing through the town. After leaving the town my journeys found me coming upon the remote farm where the farmer put me up for a night. Imagine my surprise and chagrin to learn the farmer only had one daughter."

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The Blacksmith watches over the sinkhole along with many of the people sticking around, keeping an eye on the wagon shop they emerged as well. She adjusts her new cloak as she tries to warn the other people about what they found down there.
"The bad cultists," she explains while tracing over the symbol in the ground "All have these weird triangle tattoos on them, on their head or their chest so they'll probably be trying to hide it somehow."
Asking for help with watching the sinkhole and the wagon shop: Perception roll 3 if advantage, second roll 15
Keeping her back to a wall (not a window) so no one can sneak up on her from behind, Kethra reminisces about the rest of the party. Sure, it would be an honor to fight with them, but drinking with them as the only girl would be improper and mega awkward.
"I wonder what crazy stories they'd be sharing right now," she says out loud as she sniffs the waterskin she found underground. Passing the time, she'll remove the greataxe's head to make it into a walking stick, carving on the side of it 'REDEMPTION' in dwarven runes. She practices with it to level up, joining the rest of the party at the Swinging Sword once the Constable is safe (or if she's told do so).
If the situation becomes not safe, Kethra will dash the greataxe's head against her blacksmith's hammer together to ring a portable alarm and retreat to the Swinging Sword.
Jairus slaps his knee at Tyde's story, letting out an braying laugh. "Dang, you sure do have some stories. So just one daughter the whole time?" The seemingly inconsequential small talk and swap of anecdotes seems a bit of a relief after the business of butting heads with local venerated figures and cultists alike.
Jairus seems content with the general consensus to drink and be merry for the evening, and resume their investigation into the missing delegate members the following morning. He has no particular plans beyond that, at present, so he will enjoy the drinks on the house, revelry, followed by a Long Rest.
"Ty...uh, Baker, you shouldn't talk of night time endeavours with such openness"he blushed at the story. Life in the glade was nowhere near risque. Looking at the rest of the group he realises it is just a tale. His blush deepens at his own naivety. He listens to the stories of the others and retires early for the night.
After sharing some drinks and good times with his new companions Tyde will retire for the night.
"Sleep well all, I'll see you at daybreak."

Jairus will rent a room to retire after eating and drinking enough to feel like a hero that night, and probably a fool the next morning. He is inexperienced with such revelry, and has far less tolerance than he lets on.

Kaylessa lets you stay in her inn for free for one night. You wake up refreshed in the morning.
(Where are you checking out first? So far you have two names—Larmon (found new graves out in the countryside) and Endrith (been showing off an old dwarvish book he found).)

"Here here." Rubin agrees, lifting his ale in a toast. "Rest an drinking tonight, investigating tomorrow."

(If my watch is uneventful, I'll rent a room!)
(Tyde will also rent a room and ritual cast Alarm on the door and any windows as many times as needed, once for each.)
Davian, not accustomed to society and it's quirks will sleep outside the inn preferably near a Grove of trees or other such suitable natural grouping.
((Forgot to add that he would offer his healing services to anyone who required it before he retired))
((Symon too would try to rent a room.))
Another medical problem. Indefinite hiatus. Sorry, all.
Yes to renting a room.

(That reminds me, I'll be eating the last of the goodberries before I sleep ^^)
(Kethra, as far as you can tell nothing odd happens down in the sinkhole.)
