Gertrude decides to go for a little walk around the city. Walking up the stairs from the Thundering Lizard, she is vexed by the garden/pavilion inside high walls (OOC: ?!?!? I am talking about location 21). She will investigate it, talk to a couple of people about rumours and information on the race.  

When she feels that there is nothing left to learn, she heads back to Tiryki Anchorage to finally talk to Gondolo in a thundering voice:

"Gondolo, you have a dinosaur here. Is he any good at racing? Will you be taking part in the races tomorrow yourself?" She slaps him on the shoulder and gives him her biggest grin. 

This magnificent structure is a temple to Waukeen, but residents call it the Hall of Gold for its shining, golden roof and for Waukeen’s focus on trade and wealth. Mount Sibasa is the highest point in the city, and when the sun is shining, light glinting off the temple roof can be seen for miles out at sea. Some city residents swear that the roof is sheathed in pure burnished gold, but it’s only paint. A wide stone bridge connects Mount Sibasa to the Grand Coliseum on Yklwazi Hill.

Gondolo is happy to meet the mighty Goliath again: " Oh my queen, well meet. Zongo here is formidable in the races. Lightning Zongo, they call him. It is yours for...ehm...500 goldie."

Heading to the temple he will walk in with sad on. He will ask one of the acolytes for an audience.

Felix: " Excuse me, I'm on an expedition and I did like to ask for some divinations to help. I need to see the head acolytes."

Taking his mask off wrapped in black bandages, looking at the woman.

"Please it's of great importance it's about the death curse. My companions and I are about to go on this expedition and with his help he could secure us funds for the trip." 

Looking at the woman clearly does not trust him will take his bandages off.

"You see I was disfigured couple of years ago that's why I don't take these off. Ever since I have been praying to Goddess of Misfortune to keep her blessing so that she does not scar me again. I need to see him."

The young acolyte is really surprised and upset by the creepiness of the disfigured man. Before she has the chance to speak, the Grandfather make his appearance in the hall and take over the conversation. " It is all right, Inete. Continue preparing for your journey. I have got this."

"I am Grandfather Zitembe. Who are you?"

Felix: "My name is Felix Windfall, Syndra has asked my group to deal with this death curse but hasn't given us enough funds to actually set out. We have talked to Merchant Prince Wakanga but only gave us enough to buy gear we still need provision and transport. With your help you can secure all of this."

Felix begins to re wrap his face

Persuasion: 18

The Grandfather still have doubts about the man: "So what do you want from me, specifically?"

Felix: "Just a location of a man "Artur Cimber". One man versus all who are suffering right now. I have been asked by some unpleasant people by any means necessary but I'm not foolish enough to get on Savras bad side for money I have already suffered (Touching his face). So please help me, with these funds we will be able to get into the jungle and locate this Soulmonger."

The Grandfather sighs: " You again. I told you to your friends yesterday. I can't and I won't locate this man. Please, do some good helping people in need." Grandfather then makes a sign to the masked man to leave, then turns around and start to go to the office.

Felix: "Please, I need to know! It's the only way we can leave this place. They are not my friends they are my employers, I  just need a location."

Not giving up he will take his rapier and dagger off and drop them to the floor and follow him.

Persuasion: 13

"Look, young man, you are wasting your time. I can't locate this man. For magic like this to work, I should be at least familiar with the man you are speaking of. And I am not. There is nothing to do."

insight: 15

Felix will sigh " Can you at least give me a general direction? If he's in chult I will find him just point me in a direction. I'll wait as long as it will take."

Nothing in the Grandfather manners suggests that he is lying. " As I said, I do not know the man, I do not know if he even exists. I can do nothing."

Felix a little frustrated will bow and walk away picking up his rapier and dagger. Before he does he will talk to this Inete.

Felix: "So your (Grandfather) said you preparing on a journey you heading into the jungles as well?" Putting sad back on.

"Gondolo, you know as well as I that this one is not even worth GP 200. I'll take him off your hands for GP 68. That's all I have. He is eating you out of house and home. "
