Hearing Grundy's voice and the not so veiled threat, she whispers to Nevet, "Go wake Boomer and whomever else is in the room with him... quickly and quietly." She then opens the door as quietly as she can to hide in the door frame hoping to get the drop on Grundy and whomever he has with him. She begins preparing Chill Touch but will hold it until she sees an obvious threat (excluding Grundy as she does not consider him a threat).

// OOC : Quick FYI, she has the "Reaper" ability as part of her domain allowing her to target two creatures with a necromancy cantrip that normally targets only one creature, so long as they are within 5 feet of each other. //
// OOC : Quick question to the DM: does the held action above (casting chill touch upon seeing a threat outside of Grundy) go immediately upon seeing the thugs or are we waiting for Grimm's place in the initiative order? If the latter, I'd like to scrap the action as the situation seems to be changing rapidly. Thank you. //
Since you took the ready action, you may cast chill touch as a reaction triggered by a condition set by you.

Boomer roars at the thug in his room, a rage enveloping him, throwing him into a fierce abandon. Boomer yells "No one hurt Boomer's friends! Pointy angry now!" He charges and attacks with a Reckless Attack, trying his hardest to cleave the thug in two with Pointy. //Just for clarification, Boomer is raging, and using reckless attack, so doing extra damage, gains resistance against certain attacks, gains advantage during this attack, but anyone that attacks Boomer before his next turn has advantage on the attack//
12 to hit. If it hits it does 12 slashing damage.
Boomer then roars in the thug's face, just to try and be scary

Torold springs into action from Boomer's shouting. Quickly, he notices the thug in their room. Torold had been suspicious of this happening, but it seemed Boomer had already began taken physical measures against him.(If you deem it a free action, Torold would like to note the man's race and equipment if noticeable. Perception roll if required 22)
Placing himself strategically beside the broad Dragonborn, Torold takes two swings with his short sword and dagger.
Action: Short sword 25. 4 slashing damage if hit. Sneak attack damage (Rogue lv 1. Ally within 5 ft of enemy): 2
Bonus Action: Dagger 16. 6 slashing damage if hit (Dex modifier added due to Two-weapon Fighting Style. Fighter lv 1)

The rooms are small enough (as is the hall) that you can get to any place on the second floor using all you speed and almost nothing is obscured.
