So I run a Greyhawk campaign. I have created a ton of homebrew content, from ports of 1e spells (i.e. Miracle, Mordenkainen Disjuntion, Dolor, etc) to 1e races (i.e. Valley Elves,) to clases (Psionicist).
This is all pretty much my interpretations of old Greyhawk 1e stuff updated to the 5e ruleset.
I have no intention of publishing (unless it is allowed by WotC at a future time( maybe one day)) but I do like the idea of using DDB in running my homebrew campaign.
What can I do and what can I not do?
Don't want to run afoul of any copyright or such rules.
"The relevant equation is: Knowledge = power = energy = matter = mass; a good bookshop is just a genteel Black Hole that knows how to read." - Terry Pratchett

As long as you aren't attempting to publish the homebrew creation, then you won't run into issues. We only check submitted work for copyright.

Wary the wizard who focuses on homebrew, for he can create nightmares that you wouldn't even dream of
