I've been looking more and more into the Trickery Domain for Clerics, and Invoke Duplicity caught my eye. While it's active, "you can cast spells as though you were in the illusion’s space, but you must use your own senses."
So would that include spells with a range of Touch?
Could a Trickery Cleric create an illusion-based invulnerable battlefield medic, casting Spare the Dying, Cure Wounds or even Revivify when needed, all while the Cleric in question is in a safer position behind three-quarters cover?

Yep. Delivering touch spells from a safe distance is one benefit, along with increased effective range on all spells, increased options on cones and beams and such, plus the general confusion of the extra cleric.
A further question I have; where would the components of the spell take place (the sound from the verbal and the movements of the somatic)? Would just the illusion say the magic words, just the original cleric, or both? If it's just the illusion then the original cleric could theoretically remain hidden for the whole combat, just operating with their illusion hurling spells.
As far as I remember... Hiding takes an action in combat, but once hidden a cleric should be able to cast spells through their Duplicate unseen... just be careful, because if you cast an attack spell that would break your Hiding, requiring you to then spend another action to hide (unless you're a race that can do so as a bonus or something). Foes getting line of site on you will mess things up too, by walking around the edge of whatever you're hiding behind.
There was a thread a while back discussing the differences between attacking while hidden versus attacking while invisible, I might not be getting the distinction completely correct, hmm...
Yeah the biggest thing is you still need to be able to see what is going on, since your duplicate does not provide sight.

I don't need to hide, just to stay behind three-quarters cover for that sweet -5 ranged attack penalty (or +5 bonus to Dex saves) while the illusion scurries around to heal the wounded.

Right, there's a deceptively large amount of spells like Sacred Flame that require "a target you can see...", which players often overlook.
