I'll say one problem is that they've forgotten to mention the age for the siren race.

Devious serpent folk devoid of compassion, yuan-ti manipulate other creatures by arousing their doubts, evoking their fears, and elevating and crushing their hopes. From remote temples in jungles, swamps, and deserts, the yuan-ti plot to supplant and dominate all other races and to make themselves gods.
I would thoroughly enjoy an adventure that takes place in Amonkhet, preferably after the Hour of Devastation, where the survivors are led by Hazoret into the desert unknowns.
Yes, but looking at the Dominaria page in the Creature Races section, I only see four potential player races: Human (which aren't actually listed in there), Goblins, Elves, and Aven. The dragons appear bipedal but I don't know how big they are.

I think a lot will depend on how much the plane has changed since the end of the Time Crisis. There's still plenty of leftovers from the Phyrexian war that could be touched on as well, depending on where the creative team has decided to take the story. With the promo art featuring Jhoira, Teferi and Karn, they may be returning to the Phyrexian threat.
I'm really hoping for a semi-official version of slivers.
One of the things I miss about playing MTG was my Sliver Overlord EDH deck. Yes, slivers are ridiculous. A party having to escape a hive would make for an excellent Alien-on-the-Nostromo esque adventure.
The Kythons ( Not to be confused with Kytons AKA Chain Devils) from the Book of Vile Darkness in 3.5 would make for a good stand in for Slivers. Granted that means converting old monsters and mechanics but still, might be something useful there.

Anyone else excited for a Plane Shift for Dominaria?

I was hoping for Slivers as well. Unfortunately the leak for Dominaria said there won't be any for this set. Sadness
