Hear ye, hear ye!
UPDATE: Apply by replying to the tweet here: https://twitter.com/DnDBeyond/status/1042805604207669249
Beginning on Thursday, September 20th at 9 am PT, Strix will begin accepting applications to join the Chicken Foot Coven!
Apply to secure one of three guest star spots on the October 9th episode of Dice, Camera, Action! with Dungeon Master Chris Perkins!
To apply and enter to win, complete the following steps:
- Create a 5th-level character on D&D Beyond (character builder). All classes and races have a chance to be accepted - so barbarian, fighter, rogue, or anything other kind of coven members are welcomed! Apparently the coven will mostly be baking pies.
- Reply to the @DnDBeyond pinned tweet on Thursday, September 20th that will ask for applications with a link to your DDB character and a passionate, stirring, but oh-so-brief (because of Twitter character restrictions) application with why your character has what it takes to join the Chicken Foot Coven.
- Entries close on Monday, September 24th at 6pm PT, and three winners will be chosen and announced during the Tuesday, September 25th episode of DCA by Holly Conrad. The three winners will be chosen based on their application tweet reply to guest star on the October 9th episode of Dice, Camera, Action! alongside Strix herself!
Tymora's blessing upon you - we look forward to all the sub-optimal applications!
OOOOOOOHHH I JUST WISH I WASN'T SO BUSY. I'll definitely be excited for whoever get's the part! Good luck to you all!
Is there a way to apply without a Twitter account?
I would, but I cant make it on october 9th, so I'll cheer them on. Excited to see how this turns out!
Is it bad I read your comment in an old wizards voice
I also would like to know if there is an alternative submission for those who do not have a Twitter account.
Hi Clockwerk66,
There are no other restrictions besides it being a 5th level character. As far as what else you have in your characters sheet, that is completely up to you! To enter you just need the link to that character and your passionate but brief Twitter application.
Enjoy!

Hello Volkanykk,
You are welcome to use Critical Role content in your submissions! However winners might need to make adjustments based on the Dungeon Masters preferences. After all if anyone was bringing a character into someone else's game, we would always be mindfull of the DMs requirements to work within the world!
Thanks!

Hello Kurosuzaku,
You are welcome to use Homebrew and unofficial content in your submissions! However winners might need to make adjustments based on the Dungeon Masters preferences. After all if anyone was bringing a character into someone else's game, we would always be mindfull of the DMs requirements to work within the world! You keep enjoying making characters, as that's half the fun!
Thanks!

Hi GrahamBaxter and BKThomson,
For this contest, we are using Twitter to collect all entries in a single place to make winner selection easier. We will have other contests in the future that will use other methods.
Thanks!

Thanks, Lauren!
Looking forward to see what the finalists bake up.
This is pretty awesome! I would really like to know if homebrew content is allowed, though. Have a character in mind that uses an UA subclass that isn't listed on D&D beyond, so I would have to recreate it using the Homebrew option. :\
Any rules against total beginners? I'd love to enter but I've never actually played a game (yet)
So very excited to do what I can to win. Thx for this opportunity.
Humm, this would mean getting a twitter account and presumably a web cam so i could appear on the DCA Episode.Always Amusing that people outside the north american contentment are allowed to SUBMIT applications
this sounds fun. I have just the guy for the job.
What's Dice, Camera, Action!? How will this work?
Does anyone know if we should be doing point-buy, manual, or standard array for our ability scores? Or is it up to our personal preference?
What if I don’t have the legendary bundle and my race class combo isn’t available to me to be able to submit it? We’re not all loaded with dragon heist booty ya know.
Unfortunately I've purchased a combination of hard copy books and online books. I wanted to make a Glamour Bard or a Way of the Sun Soul Monk but all my content with that stuff is physical! Sad face! Can we use a different character sheet somehow or do we have to use the beyond builder???
