Sharkman Race Details

Sharkmen are savage looking humanoids with upright postures, dorsal fins, Shark tails, shark faces, and prominent teeth that resemble daggers. They gather in tribes that can number in the tens to twenties. There are a couple of subspecies, each with slightly different builds and fields of expertise.

 

Great White Sharkmen are bulkier and typically front line fighters, or defends should the tribe be under attack. Hammerhead Sharkmen are better scouts and hunter/gatherers.

Sharkmen tend to be longer lived than humans and the oldest known Carcharian had reached the age of 120 years. They reach maturity in their late teens.

Alignment: Sharkmen can be as unpredictable as the ocean currents themselves and tend towards a chaotic alignment, but just is there is every extreme within the deeps themselves, they do not favour good or evil.

Size: Sharkmen have been known to reach from five feet in height up to seven feet. Your size is medium.

As an Action, you may make a Bite attack (Which you are proficient with) with your teeth, should you be not wearing anything that covers your sharp teeth. This attack does 1d4+Strength Modifier.

Amphibious

You can breathe on land and underwater

Darkvision

You have superior vision in dark or dim conditions.You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

 

Great White Sharkman

The Great Whites make up the physical strength of the Sharkmen, often serving as front line soldiers and working in hard manual labour

Tough Hide

Your hit point maximum increases by 1, and it increases by 1 every time you gain a level.

 

Ability Score Increase

Your Strength score increases by 1

Hammerhead Sharkmen

The swiftest of the Sharkmen, they often work as scouts or as hunters-gatherers in their society be it in the deepest depths, or close to the surface

Ability score increase

Your Dexterity score increases by 1.

You have proficiency in the Stealth skill
