As an action, you can inflict your Evil Eye of Petrification upon a creature within 60 feet of you. The target must make a Charisma saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier. On a failure, the target is petrified. This effect is considered magical for the purposes of engaging magical resistance.

When you use this effect, you lose sight in one eye until you take a long rest. During this time, you have disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight and on ranged attack rolls. If you only have one eye remaining when you use this ability, you are blinded.
