You gain the following benefits.

Ability Score Increase. Increase your Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.

Signature Technique. You've honed your craft and developed a signature technique you can perform at will. Select a maneuver from the Battle Master "Maneuver Options" table. Once per turn, you may perform this maneuver using 1d6 in place of the normal Superiority Die. If the maneuver calls for a Saving Throw, the DC is 8 plus the ability modifier of the score increased by this feat and your Proficiency Bonus. 

Heroic Spirit. Whenever you critically hit with a weapon attack or unarmed strike, you give yourself Heroic Inspiration.
