Why is your damage dealer build using savage attacker, and not GWM instead? then, you recommend mobile for your damage dealer rather than increase STR, or even go the meta route of giving it PAM. Odd choices. Even more strange is the implicit choice that you can choose your itemization, which unless you're playing AL, really isn't a thing.
Then, you don't even bother with going with skill expert for your faceman build, which is confusing at best. Why would you skip out on expertise on persuasion, and more proficiencies to help your social skills? Idk man, I'd rethink some (most) of these.

Savage Attacker isn't a good feat. Unless it's a free feat, I wouldn't take it...and wouldn't even consider it if my goal was max damage over Great Weapon Master or Polearm Master! GWM and PAM make for a massive damage dealer, on a paladin, fighter, barbarian...basically, anybody who can do it, even a hexblade! Certainly, they are far ahead of Savage Attacker. Mobile is also, nice. But not something I would prioritize if my main purpose is damage. Yes, it will help reach a few foes I might not have had the movement to reach. But that's where that Vengeance paladin Misty Step can bridge that gap and without the cost of a feat to do it. Mobile is better for somebody looking to dip in and out of the frontline, which more describes a melee rogue or ranger, than paladin.
Just my two cents. We all have opinions. None of us is necessarily right or wrong, but more food for thought. :)
