So I am running a campaign where a dragonborn paladin wanted to have a two headed Cerberus as their find greater steed. It’s CR 2 not so crazy AC of 12 and 39 HP. However is does have immunities which I’m removing (or might allow two resistances), multi attack and a breath weapon (molten rocks). I’m thinking of leaving the multi attack and breath weapon but wanted to see what would be balanced since it is find greater steed and also see if others have allowed monstrosity creature types for mounts.
I'd say just reskin a Saber-Toothed Tiger that appears as a two-headed Cerberus, then they are using a valid stat block for the spell but get the flavour of the two-headed Cerberus.
