Are you referring to spells-with-aura-in-the-name (in which case you would use Stormknight's answer) or your paladin class features (which stack with each other)?

I'm mostly referring to spells with aura in the name. I know that some aura's are always active at a certain level, but could i cast aura of vitality and aura of purity and have them both stack?
What about having Aura of Protection, Aura of Courage, Aura of Conquest, Aura of the Guardian, etc.?
Those are not spells, so do not require concentration. They’re just on as long as you’re conscious. And yes you can have multiple one on at the same time. If you also cast an aura spell, that would also be active, but you can only concentrate on one at a time.
if you manage to get a Spell Storing Ring, then you could have up to three auras going at the same time: subclass aura, spell aura from own casting, spell aura from casting using the Ring.

Title. Or can i only have 1 aura at a time?
You can only maintain a single concentration spell at a time.
I believe that all of the aura spells require concentration.

Both Aura of Purity and Aura of Vitality require concentration.
The rules for that are explained here:
