This might be a stupid question? But I can't find some spell like "blade ward" or "armor of agathys" in the spell list. I'm a noob at D&D, is it labeled under a different name? Or is it coming soon because this is a beta?
The SRD is not the same as the PHB - its roughly 60% of the spells available. Once the full PHB is available (with some form of subscription/payment) then you'll have those additional spells.
This might be a noob question. How is it that there are level 6 thru 9 warlock spells but they only get up to level 5 spells slots.
The Mystic Arcanum Class feature is how the Warlock is able to cast higher level spells.
Mystic Arcanum
At 11th level, your patron bestows upon you a magical secret called an arcanum. Choose one 6th-level spell from the warlock spell list as this arcanum.You can cast your arcanum spell once without expending a spell slot. You must finish a long rest before you can do so again. At higher levels, you gain more warlock spells of your choice that can be cast in this way: one 7th-level spell at 13th level, one 8th-level spell at 15th level, and one 9th-level spell at 17th level. You regain all uses of your Mystic Arcanum when you finish a long rest.

Now with the beta we get only what is in the SRD.

Thanks for this post. I was wondering the same thing. Most of the Warlock Spells I want to use are not found in this version.
