New to the game and the website, I tried making a tiefling warlock and I noticed that Eldritch Blast didn’t show up in my spells list. Do you not get it until a certain level? Or did I miss it somehow on the sheet or in the set up?
It's in the basic rules, so you definitely have access to it. Did you try to pick it as a cantrip and it wasn't there, or did you have the (not unreasonable) expectation that it was there by default?
You do not get any cantrips by default you have to choose them. Most warlocks select Eldritch blast but ia few do not (mostly pact of the blade warlocks that use weapons for their attacks, though even they sometimes take Eldritch blast as a ranged option).
If you do not choose Eldritch blast you can not choose any of the options that require it but there are plenty of others.
It's the third cantrip in your spell list. You get two cantrips at level one. You need to choose it as one of those two cantrips. It should then appear in your spell list and attack options on your digital character sheet.
Yeah I'm having an issue with spells on warlock as well, it isnt showing any spells from the 2024 book and only has spells from Tasha and Xanathar. I've tried changing my setting to only use new stuff but it just isn't changing anything. Mind you this is only on the app after character creation, all spells are showing and are available on the site side and during character creation on the app.
I can only pick Eldritch Blast if I select Pact of the Tome. Is this a bug?
You ought to be able to pick it as one of your cantrips. I just did so with a warlock, both in the builder and on the character sheet. In fact, I took it as part of pact of the tome, and still was able to pick it as a basic cantrip.
So it may be a bug, but if it is, it's not universal.
Which version of the Warlock are you using?
Can you post a link to your character so people can take a look at it. (Character needs to be set as public.)

I thought it was there by default since a lot of the spells I had access to at level one said I needed EB first to use them
