Gravity fissure is a dunamancy spell, yes, this is fact. However, in my readings I think only Graviturgy Wizards can learn this spell. Is it possible for a Chronurgy Wizard to learn this or even magnify gravity?
As written, only wizards with access to Dunamancy. But that is up to your GM.
This section presents a sampling of spells developed through the manipulation of dunamis. These spells are available to the wizard subclasses previously mentioned in this chapter, as well as other spellcasting classes with the Dungeon Master’s consent (see the “Dunamancy for Non-Dunamancers” sidebar).

I started playing D&D from the basic box set in 1979.
I appreciate it! I’m taking it as if you are not a graviturgy wizard subclass, you can use the spell. However, as it is stolen and most likely incomplete knowledge of the proper form and technique, the caster cast this spell with potential consequences

I don't think there are any mechanics for the section I bolded in your quote. I guess you could use the wild magic table, or make up a table of your own if you are the DM. I would take a read through the Dunamancy section in EGtW. Personally, I think the reason why they have that section in the book is because it's third party content and not all of it is balanced very well. But then, what book is.
