I see there is no Chronurgy Magic Or the Graviturgy Magic sublcasses including their spells. When are we gonna get update for that or is something they may have missed?
If you want to use them, you'll need to play the legacy version. They won't add any third party subclass to work with the 2024 versions of the class, until the third party updates their subclass to a 2024 version of it. CR is unlikely to do this, or at least, anytime soon since it would mean publishing a new book - and you need more in it than just an update to one subclass.

Playing D&D since 1982
Have played every version of the game since Basic (Red Box Set), except that abomination sometimes called 4e.
don't seem much being u can use legacy subclass with 2024 version. Don't seem hard to just update allow CR book to affect 2024 class including its spells. I understand it may involve decisions need to be made on the matter but still though its not like they need to change it.

I think the issue is that D&D Beyond does not have the legal rights to change someone else's content without their permission.
Yes but there are CR spells added with the 2024 classes. The the book that brought that subclass and spells was Explorer's Guide to Wildemount a book made by Critical Role. So why are their Critical role spells linked towards 2024 version class but not the dunamancy spells?

Which spells are you saying are linked to the 2024 classes?
