Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew if WoTC was completely getting rid of the Transmutation, Necromancy, Enchantment and Conjuration Wizards or if this is a temporary rework. I wanted to know if this would affect my character as I play an Enchantment Wizard.

It seems likely the other school-based Wizard subclasses will be updated at some point, but I don't think they've made any formal announcement about that. They have said that, in general, additional subclasses will be coming in later books.
As Jurmondur said, you can still play the old version with the new Wizard class. The only adjustment that's strictly needed is just to move the level 2 subclass features to level 3. It would also be reasonable to change the "Enchantment Savant" feature to match the analogous "Savant" features in the new subclasses (where instead of changing the cost of copying spells into your spellbook, it provides additional free spells from the chosen school at certain levels) but that's something you'd want to work with your DM on.
I agree with wagnarokkr, that it is pretty likely that they are going to introduce the other Wizard Schools in one of the future sourcebooks.
Either update the class feats as mentioned before, or there are multiple different people that tried to update the 2014 subclasses to the 2024 power level, so look to one of those if you need a little help/inspiration. Anything that is not by the book definitely check with your DM.

Those subclasses have not been updated and I doubt they will be. You can still play those subclasses if you want, however.
