This is so cool. I've seen this system also posted in the Tabletop 3D Printing Guild on facebook, and after seeing it here I decided to back it. My printer is happily printing away, though I suspect it'll take me a bit to get a ship completed because I have my print speed set to very slow.
I really like the configuration you've chosen for your ship, as I think it'll apply well to a variety of ship maps out there. I think I'm going to base my ship on your lovely configuration!
Thanks for putting out such awesome files. 3d printing has really been a game changer for tabletop terrain.
Edit: I do have one question. On the lower hull stern walls, there are openlock slots. Does something clip onto the bottom as an option?

Is this project nearing completion and fulfillment or is it still a ways off? Looking to preorder but hoping to get an idea of a realistic timeline to be able to start printing this beauty!
This is exactly what I was looking for! I'm getting a Hexbot arm in a few months and was looking to make a modular ship for a DnD campaign. However, I've never designed any 3d printing files before, so it felt like a very daunting project. I've already subscribed and look forward to getting to print this out! ....and maybe paint it....
Turtle should be in your downloads now :-)
Love the boat and the monsters, awesome how the body of the Leviathan goes over the boat. What 3d printer do you use =D
Thanks! Any update on the necromonicon ship?
Could you create files for ship mounted ballista?
I already have some :-)

Is it too late to get the files for this ship?
Second This question

I'm pretty sure it's this?
sorry- been off the forum for awhile. Yes, that's the right link!
The rudder can plug in there ;-)
Not too late yet. https://shipworks.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders/ is the place to get them currently. Once the project is done, the file sets will go up a bit in price.
There are currently over 730 parts to build and customize your ships in the main $25 set.

The majority is released and available to download after purchase. Finalizing the dhow, then it's the junk.

They look pretty amazing in brown eSun filament without any paint :-)
