As for your comments regarding pricing being against RAW and the premise of 5th edition, I disagree.
Prices are not omitted nor is it against rules as written.
Apologies, I should have said that individual magic items are not priced.
This is technically true, there isn't a table assigning specific values to individual items. There is a price range given though, and with that it seems logical to say that each Common item costs between 50-100gp, each Uncommon item costs between 100-50gp, etc. Personally, whether it's shown by default or something a DM has to activate in a homebrew setting, I would prefer a price range field or two fields that reflect the price range for each item rather than a single price field.
I believe my point still stands that prices for items are not against RAW or the premise of the edition. Like feats and multiclassing, prices are not assumed to be part of the default system, but they are an out of the box option the designers have provided for DMs to include if they would like.
What are your thoughts regarding multiclassing and feats being included by default in DDB vs hidden unless the DM activates them?
*Sidenote: since emotion and intent are sometimes difficult to convey on the Internet, please know my comments are an effort at sincere discussion. My hope is our discussions make a stronger product for everyone.

I have no problem whatsoever with that price range information appearing next to each individual item, as long as DMs had the option to check/uncheck a box to show/hide that material.
As for which setting is default for that and other optional rules, I don't suppose it matters. As long as the option is there to opt in or opt out, I'm good.
Can we have the option to show all items rather than clicking through pages like a forum post? An infinite scroll could be easier than trying to jump from page 2 to page 4 looking for items. And/or maybe an option to choose by starting letter.
Link the equipment type and tags. For Example, The abacus entry has the text "Adventure Gear" under it, and, when expanded, has the tag "UTILITY". Both of those could link to a search of those types/tags.
I guess the bait worked...there are literally thousands of posts that we keep track of and I assure you we are reading all of the feedback in each of these focused threads.
We are actively making changes based on some of the feedback as well. Just because we don't respond with a higher frequency doesn't mean the feedback is not important and helping to shape the toolset.
I also realize that the last month has been a bit of a "drought" as far as new information goes, but the artificers are very hard at work behind the curtain to make this thing as epic as we can make it.
June will be a good month for everyone, I assure you!

I appreciate and echo your sidenote :)
A convenient way of doing it could be to make a "rarity" tag in addition to the existing tags, for example [rarity]common[/rarity] would give you a popup which could include pricing info.
Additionally, it could be useful to be able to customize price ranges for different settings... for example a world in which magical items are banned or exceedingly rare might require the prices be doubled or tripled, and it would be convenient for the DM to be able to set those parameters before searching for items.

All of June, half of June, or the last few days of June?
Well, for the month to be good, the good has to start early. If Phase 2 doesn't roll out until June 25th, then it's July that'll be a good month.
Note: that's gentle ribbing. I want to see it done right/well. My current expectation is that I'll be able to hand Curse money by September. I'm hoping that means web, desktop, and iOS* apps that handle all three phases that have been posted, but I'd be placated if it was just a way to get the Compendium content for what I currently use (core, CoS, and some UA). Ideally, it'll have a combat tracker, too, but that hasn't been advertised, to my knowledge.
* I'm not shorting the Android folks, I just don't care. My assumption is that Android and iOS will get their stuff at roughly the same time, though iOS my be slightly ahead (based on general market patterns).

We will definitely be releasing an encounter builder / initiative tracker, but that will be coming in a follow-on release after the initial launch.

1) we need a search based on Class / general / spellcaster . it is in the Notes of the Item but not searchable .
2) link the general equipment to the magical Item description just to know the based damage or ac before anything else ;)
keep up the great work this is great .

why the devs dont respond to this thread more ?
3) staffs that are considered quarterStaff doesn't count as a quarter staff while searching for quarterStaff in the weapons tag .
