The alerts in the top for mentions and private messages doesn't update automatically when reading a page, they only update on page refresh. It'd be nice if some AJAX or something was hooked up so that we get push notifications of new alerts / private messages.
When talking in a private conversation and hitting reply, it doesn't show you ninja replies (meaning if someone else replies before you, it shows your reply when you hit submit but the ninja reply isn't present until you fully reload the page). This may be an issue when posting a reply on a forum thread as well, but I haven't encountered it there yet.
Can we name spoilers? Like instead of the button saying "Spoiler" we could have it say "Plot Spoilers" or "For Blah only." The (click to show) text would be automatically appended after the custom text. This would be useful in general, but especially useful in PbP where you need to address someone in particular and don't want the other players to view that text.
Speaking of PbP, a dice roller of some sort is needed. The roll would need to remain the same in between editing/previewing the post multiple times, and would ideally be very difficult to manually format some text to look like a dice roll. It doesn't need to be very complex, just number of dice, what type of dice, modifiers, and advantage/disadvantage (for 1d20 rolls only).
When clicking on the notification for a new private message, if the PM thread spans multiple pages, the notification takes you to the top of the first page instead of scrolling to where the new PM actually is. This means extra clicks to actually see the message that was posted.
The interstital page for clicking on 3rd party links shouldn't happen for links to wizards.com or one of its subdomains, as the two sites ARE under the same umbrella (kinda, I know this is run by Curse, but it's still for a WotC product). It'd be nifty to link to official resources, UA articles, etc. without having to have an extra click to actually view it.
Can we have a forum dedicated to the official D&D campaigns (Out of the Abyss, Curse of Strahd, Tales from the Yawning Portal, etc.)? Maybe each campaign could have its own subforum.

+1000 on the notifications not updating until refresh. Having this push out (and a popup notification in the corner would be great).

Agreed on the notifications.
One feature that I'm digging though is the visual indicator in the forum homepage of threads that I've contributed to. Love that attention to detail.
