Second this. This would be amazing. Especially if you don't have the Monster Manual right in front of you.
OR, even if you do, just like chambernaut suggested, it would be cool to be looking this up on your phone and be able to just show the players immediately what they are looking at without having to google for the image or hold up the MM and risk showing them the whole stat block.

Monster images are now clickable! The background stats will fade and blur. Give it a go!
One more suggestion for additional improvement: How about doing the same thing with those little tiny images on the filter list? So that you can do the same thing without having to go through the current three-step process of clicking on the list first to expand the box and then click on the "view details" button and then click on the image. In fact, I am a little confused why there is even a "view details" button at all. Is there a benefit or difference between what is given on the expanded box of the search engine and what is then given afterward by clicking on the "view details" button? It seems like it would be easier to simply offer all the information and options earlier and eliminating the need for a "view details" button at all. Any way you can make things simpler and require people to click one or two less things to get what they want would be an improvement in my opinion :)

This would be lovely to show the players the monster picture without the stats.
Click on a button, picture grows bigger, everything else darkens.
YES. I would love one of these. Something we can show the players without them seeing all the bits and pieces behind the scenes. Great suggestion!

It may be overkill, but either more than one image or the ability to maybe append new images would be good, too.

That was either already implemented, or very quick work on your part. Either way, good show!
