Looking up and clarifying rules seems to be the most practical use case for a global search. For that reason, I think it would be extremely beneficial to include the Sage Advice rules clarifications as part of the rules compendium.
They occasionally revise wording on some rules too, (usually to clarify misinterpreted rules that get brought up in safe advice) and you might see differences in wording depending on which printing of a physical book you have. It might be a nice touch to put little foot notes or something to mark any areas where they made those little changes. It might be useful for out of court settlements with rules lawyers.
I'd like to see this too. In my mind, there would be a sidebar or something on each rules element which has Sage Advice rulings listing all applicable rulings to that thing, so you can see in context what the rulings refer to, and you don't miss a ruling when looking something up.
This is a great idea! With Sage Advice picking up in full force again now that UA is on the regular 1x/2x month schedule, it's a great time to think about this. It would be incredibly handy to have the clarifications/errata right there.
We have discussed this internally and have agreed it is something we should incorporate. We're kind of focused on getting Phase 2 & 3 released at the moment, so it may be a little while before we get SA added in like we would like. Great idea, and thanks so much for the input!

Agreed! This would be a wonderfully useful addition to the toolset!
This would be fantastically helpful.
