I have the Player's Handbook, Xanathar's, and Tasha's all licensed. But I cannot select certain spells and add them to my Wizard's character sheet. Augury and Enhance Ability are two I've noticed.
I tried enabling all all the content sources on the first page of the character builder but it doesn't seem to matter.
Neither of the spells you list are on the base wizard spell list. To get access to them through the additional spells granted in Tasha’s you have to enable them in two places on the character builder. First on the Home tab enable Optional Class Features. Then on the Class tab go into the Optional Features Managers drop down turn on the additional spells feature.
Those are not Wizard Spells. They are only available to Wizards using the new optional class features from Tasha’s. You need to first enable the option all class features on the Home tab of the character builder (the toggle needs to be red, to the right), and then you need to activate the “Additional Wizard Spells” as an optional feature on the Class tab of that character’s builder.
The whole thing is explained in the very first post in this following thread entirely about Tasha’s Cauldron stuff. (You can’t miss it.)
one of my players doesn't have invisibility on their list of spells they can learn. when i create a new wizard in both the new rules and legacy builds, the invisibility spell is there but not on his. even with everything slid right and optional spells selected. although this is a core wizard 2nd level spell.
