I have a master subscription and purchased the legendary bundle, so have access to all content. I have also created some private homebrew spells.
I created a campaign and enabled content sharing on the campaign.
My players do not see all the race and class options available from my shared content in character builder. Is there something I need to do in my campaign settings or the players account settings to make these options available?
I also have homebrew spells in a private collection that should be shared with the players on my campaign, but the homebrew spells are not showing up for my players in character builder. Have ensured that the homebrew content switch is on for the character in question on the player side, tried having the player toggle the homebrew switch on their character off and on, and had the player log out and log back in.
Homebrew content is still not showing up for the player. Is there something else I need to do to make my private homebrew content available to the player?
check if the players character has the "Homebrew Content" slider activated it's like the first page if you edit the character/Character Preferences section
edit
you can also do it via the "Manage" button next to the player name if you look at the character sheet and click on the Character preferences button
“It cannot be seen, cannot be felt, Cannot be heard, cannot be smelt, It lies behind stars and under hills, And empty holes it fills, It comes first and follows after, Ends life, kills laughter.” J.R.R. Tolkien, The Hobbit, or There and Back Again
I can only reiterate check if your players character has "Homebrew Content" activated it's literally two clicks if it is activated and your player still can't see/find your homebrew item spell what ever then we got another issue until either of you can can say yes it is activated but still doesn't work it's going to be difficult to nail this one down
Its the section were a load of option things are... including some of those race class options hence my thinking this is what may have happened...

Content Sharing is not necessary to share homebrewed content, it is automatically shared.
To resolve the problem:
Please make sure the character in question is specifically in the campaign. Only characters in that campaign can use your homebrewed and shared content.
All sources checked, character is in the campaign directly. In my case, sorry for the confusion, Homebrew is seen but not the other sources. I double checked I have All Content shared. Even checked to make sure my subscription was still active. To make sure, this was a character I created then added to the campaign, then unassigned so another player could use it. Would that have messed something up?
And now they have access. They did do a Shift+F5 refresh of the site. Had someone else create a new character from the campaign link and they had access to everything as well. I'm chalking my situation up to 'weird bug'. Will let you know if it happens again :P
actually this is happening also to my players. Everything is shared but, even if they join the campaign, they cannot find the purchased content. If I do that for them, then it’s fixed. who knows!
I have the same problem in difernet campaigns for some time now.
I can create a new character, that is in the campaign with shared content, but non of the purchased content is selecatble in the character builder.
Also characters that are generated and then moved into the campaign have no access. For example: On level 3 Rogues, only the "Thief" Archtype is selectable, but there should be quite many.

This is one of the most important feature we're using with Beyond, so it would be great this is fixed as it seems quite a few have this issue.

It seems most people's issue is with the other content being shared, not just homebrew. And most of us still seem to have the issue even though the characters are in our campaign.
I've been having the same exact issue. and before you say it yes they have homebrew shared. It seems the ability to share homebrew has disappeared. How do I fix this?

This subclass was made for the 2014 Monk class. Your player may have created a character using the 2024 version of the Monk class. These are separate classes as far as D&D Beyond is concerned. If you're playing with the 2024 rules, you'll need to either remake the subclass for the 2024 version or find another one. If you're playing under 2014 rules, have the player recreate their character with the 2014 version of the class.

I am also having this issue. Master Subscription, shared all content in campaign, but players are unable to see it.

Yup, my players can see shared marketplace content but no homebrew content (spells in particular) are showing up.
Same issue. It was fine before PHB 2024

I add this https://www.dndbeyond.com/subclasses/1744061-way-of-the-flesh-by-the-pointy-hat to my campaign for one of my players, but he can't see it to access it. He has Homebrew content enabled!
