I purchased the Great Old One warlock spec and it wont show up on character creation. I'm pretty bummed.... Any ideas on why? I have confirmed the purchase but there is no re-sync option as someone else suggested a long time ago on this forum. 

The re-sync only shows if your Account Entitlements are not in sync. How recently did you purchase the subclass, and are you trying to build your character on the website or the app?

I bought it this afternoon and the Kenku I ordered shows up. I have tried to add it from both the website on pc and the app and still nothing.

Check it again now. Is it still not chowing up?

Are you sure you bought the Great Old One Warlock subclass and haven’t accidentally purchased one of the Warlock of the Great Old One / Warlock of the Great Old One monster statblocks?

Likely you are using the 2024 version of the Warlock class without owning the 2024 Player's Handbook. Make sure "2014 Rules" is checked on the Home tab of the character builder, then go to the Class tab and change to the 2014 version of the Warlock class.
