Your reasoning makes some sort of sense tho there are devops cycles designed around that exact issue. Furthermore I've not found anywhere in the marketplace nor when I purchased the pre-order the exact time of release. The assumption was therefore made that I would have had access by now. Because of the simple reason dndbeyond does not explicitly states the intended release times you are pushed in 'defence' mode whilst the solution is fairly simple.. State it on a purchase or on the receipt..
Same issue. I'm very confused as to all of this. I WAS pretty excited for this release, now I'm just annoyed, because I've never had to deal with such a bizarre release. Used to be pretty smooth...
I have preordered this book from the marketplace. At the minute, still cannot access it. However, it’s not due to 404 error or, before release time. I have the preorder perks available, etc. when I click on the adventure, it takes me back to the marketplace, and has a price of $1.99 reduced due to owned content. Why charge again if it’s already been purchased? Please advice. Thank you.
The pricing issue on the marketplace is being investigated.
The release process has not completed yet, there will be an announcement once everything is resolved.
Sooooo, when and how are we going to get the announcement that things have been fixed? Am I expected to sit and wait and refresh the site all day long?
Apologies folks - some Far Realm entities leaked into our release process - they've been expelled and you should now be able to access the book as expected (though you may need to resync your entitlements here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace)

Nope. Still wants me to pay the $1.99 even though it says I already own it. Not cool. And yes, I made sure my entitlements are all synced up.
Hi Davyd,

Weird I thought my digital copy would be available this morning. Guess it was the 19th* as a release date
I still have nothing but links to buy it yet again (tho next to the button it says 'you already own this').
Pre-ordered the digital book last night. Today when I go to look at it, I don't have access, and it says it costs $2 due to already owning part of it.
Unsure what changed. Last night it said I completely owned it, and I was just waiting on the release.
I purchased the digital version of Phandelver and Below yesterday and it is still not accessible on Sep 19.
What's going on guys?

Why can't any of the material be accessed?
Do you know where this announcement will be? Should I just keep refreshing the DDB page or will we get an email or something?

Also in the app, it requires to pay full price again
Just wait. It seems everyone just needs to wait.

I’m experiencing the same issue.
I purchased in August and it's telling me that I need to purchase it.
Same here, also in the app on all 3 devices same problem - full price, even after I click on Restore Purchases
Negative, Ghost Rider. $1.99 still in effect.
