PayPaluse is coming back at some point. But there isn't a confirmed time frame for that yet?
You're all good; I'm being intentionally vague because I don't know how much I can say about it, so the miscommunication's on me :P
I'm hopeful that once the dev team is done with whatever they're working on, PayPal will be back as a payment option, and I'll be sure to let everyone know either way!

When I try to pay with PayPal it says, its currently not accepting PayPal although the option to pay with it is showing up. After entering all details (PW and username for PayPal) It stops the transcation. Anyone else having this issue?

it's happening for anyone who tries to use paypal at the moment, I believe. The devs are aware of the issue and investigating; I'll likely update here when I know more.

With the new Marketplace, the option to use PayPal as a payment seems to be gone. Is that a bug or was it purposefully removed?

Following this thread too. Made all my previous digital purchases with PayPal.
Either an odd choice to remove that, or a real lack of oversight to not include in the change.
