MAGIC ITEMS
Included in this adventure is the legendary Rod of Seven Parts. Throughout the adventure, you will find pieces of the rod, that can assemble into the whole. While we can't support the item auto-combining, we've created each piece of the rod as a separate magic item that you can add to your character sheet, as well as the full rod itself.
VECNA’S LINK
Within the adventure, the players come across a blessing that's relevant for the main story, Vecna’s Link. We do not have a way of supporting this blessing at this time.
POWER OF SECRETS
Introduced in Vecna: Eve of Ruin is a rules subsystem called The Power of Secrets. This system allows players to gain secrets throughout the adventure at various points. You can track each secret using the notes section of the Character Sheet, and/or you can utilize the printable PDF found in Appendix C.
Thank you for the quick response! Of course, my page says my Entitlement data is in sync however I still do not have access to the content. I have submitted a support ticket for this issue. #3875386
This is exactly where I am at as well. Entitlements synced, Access to Table of contents, being forwarded to preorder page when attempting to access anything further.
There's been some miscommunication on a few different threads. Who receives early access to the book? Did you have to pre-order both the digital and physical versions to receive early access? Or could you just pre-order the digital version and receive early access? Thank you.
Preordered on February 22nd, same issues as above. Entitlements synced, and I can see the table of contents, but they all link to the preorder page which says I own the content but need to wait two weeks to access it. I purchased this preorder specifically to get early access. :(
Seeing the same as above. Digital only pre-orders were explicitly advertised to include early access. When can we expect this to be corrected? Or is this a bait and switch?
Yes, digital only preorders were 100% advertised to include early access before the Marketplace switch. I know this because I would have never pre-ordered the product to begin with if it wasn't for the promise of early access.
Honestly, this whole thing is pretty silly. It doesn't hurt WoTC to just grant EVERYONE that preordered Vecna early access RIGHT NOW. It won't affect their bottomline. However, what will affect their bottomline is choosing to move forward with this bait and switch tactic. I can only speak for myself but I would assume that some others, like myself, consider WoTC to already be on thin ice. For me, if I get cheated out of the early access I was promised at the time of purchase, they will most definitely stop getting my money in the future. I will cancel my monthly DnD Beyond account [REDACTED]
So, hopefully that doesn't have to happen and they make this right before the end of the day.

Exactly where I'm at. Glad for the further confirmation that this was advertised to include early access at the time of purchase. At this point there has been such a huge host of issues over so many months now, and given how much money we've spent on microtransactions in addition to the occasional 60 bucks for the privilege to even be here, this would be the last straw.
Ordered on March 1st, synched, but like everyone else here, no access to the adventure (taken to the marketplace page). I assume it's just a global glitch, so I'm not too concerned.
Waiting as well...this is false advertising if it requires the physical + pre order bundle. I would have ordered both if I knew I needed to get access on May 7
I did the same—I preordered the digital version on April 4th, believing I'd receive Nest of the Eldritch Eye and early access to Eve of Ruin. When I looked it up, I still read that the digital version gets early access on May 7th. However, on the marketplace, it now only says Digital Preorders get access to NotEE and some dice. So many others and I are having the same issue, and I feel I can trust my competency enough to know that not all of us 'made the same mistake'. It quite clearly stated Digital Pre-orders also gained early access to Eve of Ruin.

Account Entitlements does not show up when I click the link provided. Is this a bug?
Apologies for the mixup, the new link is located here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
I've updated the original post with the new link.

I synced my Entitlement data and now can access the Eve of Ruin Table of contents. However, when I click on anything I'm taken to the preorder page.

Vecna: Eve of Ruin Digital Preorder
Access to Table of contents, being forwarded to preorder page when attempting to access anything further is that normal?

Same issue here

Ordered of 02/13/24, synched and still only table of content (which was already accessible through the preview of the physical edition lol)
Also waiting for the early access. Some sort of response would be appreciated.

Glad to see I'm not the only one having issues. Now we play the waiting game.
