Each time I look at something on the marketplace, it pushes me to the physical option, and won't let me select the digital option. So not only can I now not only buy the single elements I actually want, I can't even pay the rediculously overpriced digital prices at all, because the site won't let me. At this point this site is literally telling me that they don't want my money!
That happened to me a few days ago with the marketplace eventually crashing and not working. The market place worked fine the next day, so I guess you can just wait a few hours and see if it works again. Also try using clearing your browser's cache or using a different browser, and see if that helps.
If that still does not work, you may have to purchase things through the app. However, be aware that making purchases through the app may take a while to become available since the payment has to go through Google or Apple first.

I'm having this exact problem with Firefox, but when I switched to Chrome it allowed me to pick Digital (but I prefer not using Chrome if I can help it).
Welp, I'm gonna add mine to the list. I went in, put the New PHB 2024 into my Cart, went to checkout. Pressed the "Next: Payment" Button and..... Nothing. I can not buy any new books at all. What the Hell? And worse yet it seems this issue has been going on for a long time... the Tech Support has been absolutely useless, hard to believe a couple years ago we customers were seen as "Obstacles Between Hasbro and "THEIR" Money" and now... they wont take my money even if I wanted to shove it down their throat.
Really making me wonder if its even worth keeping my Subscription anymore...

Myself as well I was looking to purchase the MCDM books it keeps showing as needing my email and mailing address which are present but cannot go to payment you guys may want to fix this to make money

When you go to pay in the pay window click "update payment info" (drop down) and if the province is blank select the province - it seems to be wiping that info *everytime* from the drop down province selection

Very strangely, the three of us are in Alberta, and at least two of us in Calgary. Going to try a VPN -
EDIT: VPN didn't do anything. Any staff care to try and help?
