Syncing Entitlements
If you don’t see any of the content from the book (preorder bonuses or otherwise), please be sure to resync your entitlements. You can do so by following these steps:
Once completed, your content should appear! If you experience any issues with accessing your content please reach out to our Support Team.
CHARACTER OPTIONS: MAGIC ITEMS
Daoud’s Wondrous Lanthorn. This item allows the player to spend money to activate different spells based on the gemstone that are set as the lanthorn's lenses. As the character sheet isn't able to facilitate the spending of GP in this way, we’ve added all the relevant spells to the item without any charges.
CHARACTER OPTIONS: EQUIPMENT
There are a number of issues with the Technology found within this adventure:
Antigravity Belt. We're unable to support charge tracking on Mundane Items.
The Grenades, Needler Pistol, and Paralysis Pistol are all unsupported - however you can still add them to the character sheet and reference them as needed.
Unfortunately, none of the Powered Armor's active abilities are supported on the character sheet; however you are still able to add and equip it.
That said, there's currently a bug that treats the character equipping it as not being proficient in that armor (even if they're proficient in Heavy Armor). We're aware of this and are working on fixing this. In the mean time, you can follow the steps below to manually add the proficiency to your character.
Step 1: Click on Proficiencies and Languages.
Step 2: Under Add new Proficiencies, select Armor.
Step 3: Under Choose an Option, select Powered Armor.
I can't access the content in the app. I get " Download failed" errors in two different Android devices. In the browser all is well. How can I fix this?
I have tried removing the app and reinstalling. Everything else downloads, but not the QftIS. Also, the preorder dice set seems to be missing. Frames and backdrops are ok.
I get the download failed error message as well. I use the iPad app (D&D Beyond ver. 2.57 (171)).
First, updated the app. I then opened the app and selected restored purchases to see if that would help. Exiting and reentering the app following this did not resolve the issue. I signed out of the app and signed back in, again to no avail. I then signed out, removed the app, reinstalled the app, and signed back in to get the same error message.
I can access the content on the web, however, just not on the app.

Now the download works for me. Maybe it was a regional problem, because I bough my bundle from the EU store.
I was informed by support that I didn't get early access for the same reason. However, when I go to the D&D Store link (it was also provided in the email response I got from support), it makes me choose between the continental US and elsewhere. When I choose US, I am directed to the D&D Beyond Marketplace. Can someone help me understand, or give me step-by-step instructions, on how to order from the D&D Store page without it pushing me to the D&D Beyond Marketplace?

If you are ordering from the US, you have to order through the D&D Beyond marketplace, meaning you can't get early access. This is a result of being in a transitionary period from the old early access system (bundle based) to the new one (subscription based)
Oh wow.... Can you direct me to some place where this is posted?
The D&D Beyond marketplace doesn't advertise early access for bundle pre-orders
dndstore.wizards.com does
The 2024 Player's Handbook and following books don't advertise early access as part of bundle purchase for either marketplace, and instead advertise it as a subscription bonus
I cannot buy the physical+digital bundle from dndstore.wizards.com. it directs me here. If I'd known I weren't going to get early access, if I were informed on that website rather than simply directed here, then I could have made a different purchasing decision. Nowhere was I warned that I would not get early access by purchasing from the link where I was directed by the corporation.

Another question.. how long is this transition expected to take?

The transition has happened; Quests is the last book on the old system and the 2024 Player's Handbook is the first on the new system

Anyone else having issues with accessing the content? I submitted a ticket as mentioned above.
I do/did:
I can't access the content in the app. I get " Download failed" errors in two different Android devices. In the browser all is well. How can I fix this?

Download failed error here as well. On IOS.
I am also getting the download failed error for QftIS digital on the app. iOS version. I can access it on the website.
I cannot access on my account or on my app.
Now the download works for me. Maybe it was a regional problem, because I bough my bundle from the EU store.
The dice set it still missing.
I am unable to access the book content, despite pre-ordering. Dice seem to be there and other preorder perks - just not able to read the book.
Did you pre-order the digital + physical bundle via dndstore.wizards.com? That's the only way to get early access

I put in a support ticket because I don't have early access to the compendium even though I bought the physical+digital bundle.

I pre-ordered the bundle and have a code, but there is no place to enter the code anymore with the Marketplace change.
How do I do that now?
In the top right corner, hover the pointer over your username. That should open a menu where you can (probably) see "Redeem a key".
