This book was given to me as a gift and I have redeemed the key. The marketplace shows that I have purchased this book and my license shows that things are in sync but I cannot view anything from the book. No matter the link I click in QFtIS, It continues to take me to the marketplace page to buy the book which then tells me I already own it.
Same issue, but was not gifted it and rather purchased it myself yesterday. Everything is in sync as well and I have order receipt of being charged for the content.
Submitted a support ticket but i cannot do much else.
The book has not released yet for non early access. While today is the release day, the release process (which must be run through each time for both early access and regular access) isn't started until the day begins at DDBHQ and the team spun up for the day. The process typically aims to start around 7am PT / 9am CT / 10am ET / 3pm BST (UK) so shouldn't be long now.

Hello, I am unable to get access to the book on my app for reference. I did not get early access but I did pre-order and I am using an iPhone 13 like some other users previously on here every time I try to download quest from the infinite staircase on my app I get an error message. The only thing is I don’t know what to do. Can someone please help me?
I can get to the book, but I get an error as soon as I go to any creature section. Specifically I get a 500, Internal Server Error for any page on the Creature section, from the Glossary all the way to just clicking on a stat block.

Hello! I was comparing some things from the physical book to the digital version, and I noticed something from the adventure, Pharaoh.
Map 5.1, the False Tomb, is missing the cross section for the pyramid itself, leaving a large blank space for the map. Would it be possible to get that cross-section added into the digital version?
Why do I have to purchase another adventure book to get the Aurumvorax stat block on the digital version? Shouldn't all included monsters be in the book? If not, I would like to know what the justification is.
DRELNZA. Why does her attack with Heretic do 6d10+7? As a vampire she would do 1d8+7. What makes her different that the longsword does so much more damage? Anyway, I'm changing her and adding the 13th level fighter that's in the original. At least the multiple attacks will lead to that damage.
I can't access the weapons in the equipment section from the QftIS, but everything seems to be in order.

I checked this and can confirm. Map 5.1 is not the same in digital and printed versions.
