Lance: Says D12 instead of D10 and doesn't have the Heavy property
War Caster: Doesn't show even when pre-requisites met
Dual Wielder: Doesn't show even when pre-requisites met
2014 Subclasses that weren't replaced are incorrectly listed as Legacy when they weren't replaced (such as Tempest Cleric)
Non PHB 2014 spells that were updated in 2024 PHB show up in extended options and aren't filtered out by disabling legacy content (such as Fey Touched feat)
Created a 2024 only Sorcerer. Sorcerus Burst does not have a visible line under Actions. Instead it is inside Crossbow, Light. You have to open the item to get to the spell.
Greetings! I am currently creating a level 5 Warlock in the D&D Beyond app but I cannot find either "Spell Sniper" or "Warcaster" within the list of General Feats. Is it not recognizing Pact Magic?
This statement is false. You put in a meaningless toggle that does nothing but change whether some text is displayed. It doesn’t even at least modify your attack roll when activated.
I found that taking the Boon of Energy Resistance adds a +14 modifier to all my skill checks on my 20th level Sorcerer character sheet that I made to test it out.
This is for Basic Rules 2024, since it didn't seem to have it's own spot...
Has anyone else found it impossible to equip/acquire some equipment if they have the legacy tag turned off/hidden?
I was choosing the gold option for starter equipment, and I couldn't get basic stuff like arrows/quiver. No idea if this is an issue for those who bought the 2024 PHB and have access already.
So upgrading existing campaign characters issues and weird behavior I ran into:
I had to clear cache to get the 2024 stuff beyond the free rules stuff to appear at all. (Known issue but being thorough) Chromatic Orb (old or new) was not visible as a spell for my wizard to pick up. Create and Destroy water was not visible for the moon druid. Paladin subclass spell list did not appear in his spell list. Also, he has one fewer spell he can prepare. Phantom rogue did not show up as a subclass option. Devouring blade did not show up in my invocation list for a warlock.
I expect at least some of these have already been mentioned and certainly bugs in this vein have been mentioned, but to be thorough I added it.
Channel Divinity states "If a Channel Divinity effect requires a saving throw, the DC equals the spell save DC from this class’s Spellcasting feature."
However, DDB uses (for a cleric/wisdom caster) the Saving Throw DC for Wisdom only. (DC 8 + Wisdom Mod + PB)
Several Items increase the spell save DC - they are not included in the calculation of the spell save DC for Channel Divinity.
Issue with multiclass spellslots. I have a Paladin 9 / Bard 4.
In both versions, to determine spell slots you count levels depending on the type of class and for Bards and Wizards and the like you count all their levels so in my case that is 4.
It gets weird when you look at the rules for he Paladin levels.
by 2014 rules: ...half your levels (rounded down) in the paladin and ranger classes = 4 so my combined level is 8 for determining spell slots.
by 2024 rules: Half your levels (round up) in the Paladin and Ranger classes = 5 so my combined level is 9 for determining spell slots.
DDB is using the 2014 rules for my 2024 character which means I am missing one 4th and one 5th level spell slot
Just checked a sheet for a 2014 Cleric character I'll be playing with tonight and when I try to manage spells from the sheet I can't see the whole list I can usually prepare from e.g. there are only 2 x 7th level spells showing, 4 x 4th level etc. Lots of spells are missing.
I don't think it's lost anything I currently have prepared but means I couldn't swap spells if we long rest in game tonight.
I have 2024 PHB, as well as 2014 PHB, so it's not that updated 2024 versions have disappeared because I've not paid for them...
Edit: just checked a 2014 Sorcerer character from another game and same issue. Go to manage spells and half the list is missing.
Bugs noticed so far:
Lance: Says D12 instead of D10 and doesn't have the Heavy property
War Caster: Doesn't show even when pre-requisites met
Dual Wielder: Doesn't show even when pre-requisites met

Can the DnDB team update the main post to reflect all the bugs everyone has been posting?
I know the staff has alot of fixes to make and alot of work. I appreciate everything you're doing to improve our play experience.
Please fix the Artificer and homebrew Tool Tips!!! Lol I want to use all the hot new 2024 spells!
Thanks

Are there any plans to add Warlock Invocations from the expanded rules (XGtE, TCoE) to the 2024 Warlock?
There are a ton of feats missing from the character builder, my account does claim to be synced
Cannot clear "Equipment" during character creation. Button is non responsive. Using Chrome.
Psychic Blades for the Soulknife Rogue are only showcasing Str and not Dex for the Psychic blades

I went into the finished character sheet and clicked on add a feat and just added my Archery. Short term fix but it works.

The War Caster feat isn’t showing up as a selectable option for ASI/Feat

This is the main thing I want for the 2024 Warlock on here, just let me add invocations from outside the 2024 PHB

Sorcerer Psionic Spells feature prepared are showing as AT WILL.
EDIT: This now seems to be fixed as of 09/06/2024
Boon of Fortitude is not adding the 40 HP to the character's maximum.
